Great support tonight - thanks. Quick and professional.

Collected my car today. As I was waiting in the waiting room I witnessed one of the drivers smash my car over a pothole very fast. Not happy at all. Need to take more care with other peoples property.

Sent via the Aa. Told 2 hour wait but the guy rang and was with us within half an hour. Excellent service

A quick response based on trust of payment tonight 10/8/20. Jamie did his utmost to retrieve my keys from my locked car, persevering with a difficult job until he succeeded and negated the further expense of a locksmith.
Thanks to him and Abbie for having faith in my honesty.

We were unlucky enough to wake to a dead battery towards the end of a stay in the Yorkshire Dales (it was 10+ years old and had finally given up). We placed a call with our recovery provider and Julian came out to us. He was soon able to restart our vehicle using his portable battery unit. We were not due to travel home until the following morning and he told us not to worry but just call again next morning when we were ready to depart for home. We called and once again he arrived very promptly, started the vehicle for us and seemed to be genuinely pleased to be able to get us on our way. We can't thank Julian enough for saving the day - twice. Great Service. Cheers. David & Jan

Lowes recovered us from the A1M when our caravan shed a wheel. Matt was professional and cheerful. Very good service.

I can t thank these guys enough a couple of weeks ago my horsebox broke down luckily no horses on board Julian (I think that was his name) was a real trooper went above & beyond to make sure I got home safely Highly Recommend these guys

What can i say what a professional service i work for keen and able with big 3.5 maxi mover van and twice they have never let us down from edinburgh to rochdale i would think we will be seeing more of lowes thank you very much for your services and recovery from edinburgh

Fantastic company, both recovery men were friendly,help full, cheerful and informative. My car was carried from thirsk to huddersfield and i travelled in a very clean and comfortable recovery vehicle, the driver was excellent company and we had some great conversation. Very very professional service.

We rang the AA After getting stuck in mud on a farmers dirt track, lowes was sent to us by the AA. We had a really nice guy called Jamie rang us every 10min to keep us updated on how long he would be. When he got to us he had to winch us out which wasnt a easy task in dense fog, cold weather and thick mud. Floorless service couldn't recommend these enough.

Excellent company with friendly helpful employees. Picked us up on behalf of the RAC when we broke down in Yorkshire and after a speedy efficient changeover at Leeming Bar drove us all the way home to Warwickshire in one hit.

For the attention of Becky at Lowes: Sorry, I cannot remember the name of our driver, but the recovery date was last Wednesday 30th October, our car was an ancient Mercedes A Class with a broken gear box, and our driver was an older chap (no offence intended) who grew up in Durham. The younger chap who first attended and took us to the service area for our ride home was also very friendly and helpful. :-)

Phoned RAC, they sent Lowes. Absolute waste of time. The man couldn t jump start my car coz there was a car on the other side of my car(obviously they should have Long jump start leads) The guy was very rude. Didn t seem to want to help

Car problems at Leeming Bar on Friday lunchtime, called AA and within 40 minutes we had a mechanic from Lowes who fixed the problem and test drove to make sure everything was working fine; less than an hour from my original call we were back on the A1M northbound. Excellent service, so grateful to the mechanic, just annoyed I can't remember his name.

Thank you to lowes recovery for both attempting to fix our van am than towing us over 100miles while remaining cheerful :-)

I can't remember the gentleman's name as we had two different guys. Apologies but a great team all round.

Exceptional service. Cannot rate them or thank them enough. Could not have been more helpful, priority was always making sure I got home safely. Towed my vehicle all the way from Leyburn to Newark late on the last Friday before Christmas, the driver was an utter gent - I hope not to the need to use them again but if I ever needed assistance they would be first on my list - thank you again for saving my Christmas!!
