We just purchased a VW atlas from Five Star Ford of Dallas and I couldn't be happier with the level of service we recieved. Our sales associate Juan and his brother, went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle we got was exactly what I wanted. The sales manager was very accommodating through negotiations, including my request to have the car detailed for some scratches. The finance process was a breeze. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. I appreciated that there was no pressure to upsell either. We were out of town when my car was ready for pickup after the detailing was complete. Juan went out of his way to personally drop the vehicle off for us even though we live a good distance from the dealer. We definitely experienced five star customer service! Thank you!

I had looked at 6 identical trucks at 6 different Ford dealers and Sam my sales person gave me the best deal and made the entire process completely painless. They have made a customer for life.

Wow! The best car buying experience I have ever had. Not only did I get a (verifiably) great deal on the cost and a more than fair deal on the financing, hands down both Henry Ventura (Sales) and Fred Smith (Finance) at Sam Pack made this whole experience fast (which specifically requested), easy, and even enjoyable! I never thought that last word would come out of my mouth when buying a car. I m one happy camper!!!!

Thought I would try this place for service since it is closer to home than my normal dealership in McKinney. I have three Fords and am a bit fanatical about keeping them pristine and properly maintained.
I must have hit this place on a bad day. After about a 15 minute wait in their service bay with no advisor to take my truck I left and drove up to McKinney to get the job done. Perhaps they do great service here but I won t ever know.
Perhaps I am spoiled with the excellent service I have had at most dealerships, but this was below the standards I am used to. Maybe you will have better luck??

Ben helped me through the entire process and kept me updated on my car while it was there. They even gave me a loaner car, which was great. From beginning to end, Charles was the most helpful, most respectful and transparent salesman I ve had the pleasure of working with. At the end of the day, they are there to make money, yes, but I also feel I got a very fair deal, never felt as he was trying to take advantage of any potential opportunity, and worked extremely hard to ensure he not only earned my business on that day but that he also earned my business in the future. Finance on the other hand was not such a great experience but then I met with Michelle Larson and she stepped in and took care of us just as Sam Hall had and she was able to resolve our finance issues and finally get me signed..I have been a Ford owner since I was 18, and this was my first experience with 5 Star Ford and I had in the past been to other dealerships but I will definitely be doing my business from now on with 5 Star Ford and will also do business again with Sam Hall at 5 Star Ford as my salesman. This place was recommended to me by my friend and he spoke highly of them. Seeing as we both work in customer service and have been commission; customer service is VERY important. I made an inquiry and that same night I got a call from Fatima asking about my interest and if I wanted to see it. I was not able to make it the following day because of work; and she offered to take it to me during my lunch hour, that is the customer service I look for! She was very patient, friendly, and informed it made me, a first time car buyer, feel extremely comfortable. I visited other dealerships and the service and pricing as well as selection didn t get anywhere near what Five Star Ford had. I will be telling my friends about it and referring them to Fatima, just like my friend did to me.

One of the issue was completed but created a new one, Ben was understanding and asked me how I would like to take care of it. I am understanding as well, so I opted to come in when my back up camera is set to be prepared. It's hard to separate personal and business matters for some people and these guys were the definition of Customer service, which is hard to find these days. I did not hear from the service advisor until 10:20 (an alignment should not take 2 hours). Then, I waited another 20 minutes for my car to be brought around. There was some kind of confusion. Will never be back. Go to Rockwall Ford. They paid $5,000 more for my trade than Five Star offered and beat their new truck price. Even Prestige Ford beat Five Star s trade in price by $2,500 without ever seeing my truck!

David, the salesman, even asked me why I was at their dealership if I had a higher trade offer elsewhere. Very arrogant and condescending. It sounds like they don t need or want new business. Spend your time and money elsewhere.

Five Star Ford Dallas came to my office and picked up the car and took care of all the recalls. There was one issue that could not be resolved and apparently it was Ford the manufacturer that created this issue. I have to PAY to update my software of the Bluethooth hardware that I paid for when I purchased the car. That is asinine because if I'm going to purchase a hardware, it should be updated as the updates are released. I shouldn't have to pay for it otherwise you should tell me upfront that it is a hardware that I will have to continue paying to update the software. If that was the case, I would opt out of that particular hardware. to me if Ford wants to make money on silly things like that compared to all other manufacturer, I will not be another Ford owner in the future. It is not about the money but more about the principal.

Five Star Ford gets five stars for their courteous, timely service as well as their superb valet service that they provided me. It is unfortunate that the Ford the manufacturer has to try and make money by asking an owner to continue paying for a software update for a built-in hardware. In this day and age with technology advancing on a day-to-day basis, to me, that is called gouging the owner and the market.

Ford, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Recently bought a preowned 2018 Ram 2500- pretty good experience here. Salesman was NOT pushy. I actually had test driven a truck a month or so prior to buying this recent truck and was so impressed with the style of Charles Wilkinson- I decided to come back later on a different truck largely because of that. Finance guy was cool too, Dave Chappelle (not making that up- real name- really awesome). They took care of my needs here and gave me a fair trade in value. Would do business again in the future.

While this dealer helped me buy the current car I'm in before they moved locations, they have not been so polite every other time I have returned. I've been interested in a few cars and every time I've been back they have held my keys to keep me there and have even run my credit when I told them not to. Very dishonest and not trustworthy. They will try to push a terrible decision onto you just to make the sale and ignore any financial issues you may have.

Was told " since Covid...no more loaners or rides " So while I was in the lab / waiting room....TWO people stood at the cashier and they BOTH got loaners. So I was lied too...? WTH? I needed service due to sheath on undercarriage coming off while driving. My husband tied it up temporarily and we drove to the new facility on Bush Turnpike the next morning. Due to Covid-19, their shuttle wasn't running so they let us borrow a 2020 Ford Explorer, which we are considering as our next car. By mid afternoon the car was fixed for a reasonable cost. The facility was clean and all employees wore masks. I was impressed with their concern for others and customer service. We'll be back.

Incredible as a new dealership, which must ensure a good reputation and make the most bad deals in the world. On their same page, for a year less they offer me 40795 and for my 2020 truck they give me 33000. The seller is very friendly and very concerned about his business, but the economy seems not interested in selling. They offer deals for people to go to.

Not one to write reviews, However I will say that I felt relaxed and cared for during the entire car buying process. As opposed to other dealerships that I have dealt with they did not pressure me into something I did not want, and they worked with me to get a price that was best for my family. 4 stars because in my book 5 stars should be almost impossible to get.

Bought a brand new explorer in 2017- just brought back to service center because the sync isn t working (known issue for Ford ) currently 38,000 miles. Service department said doesn t matter that it is close to the warranty expiring... - it would be a $900 part. Really? This is the type of service you can expect from this dealership- buyer beware! We are on our way to trade in and buy a Toyota!

Update: the service department manager has responded to an email and is going to call me next week.

Received a call today from dealership and they were apologetic and have worked on a solution together with us that we feel is fair. I am pleased to see that they are trying to work with us. We are to know more later this week. I will edit my review if all things go according to their promise

FINAL UPDATE-- Within a few days of writing this review, I was contacted by management at Five Star, my issues were heard, we came to an acceptable agreement for both parties and I have changed by review to reflect my experience in its entirety. I am pleased with how the dealership handled our issue and would recommend their service department !! We appreciate the quick response from Ford Management and will continue our relationship with this dealership.
