Samuel Hall was amazing and I was able to get an amazing deal on the Mustang GT I wanted. The dealership let me test drive the car for a whole day because I wasn't sure if it was the right car for me. My fiacne also wanted to test drive it but works late and is never able to make it to a dealer in time in order to test drive anything. (You might not be able to depending on insurance coverage of your current vehicle. You'll need full comprehensive and collision) The dealership as a whole doesn't push too hard on addons and doesn't have any extra fees other than the standard 150$ documentation fee every dealership in the area has. After your sales person helps you find the car you want you are handed off to finance who will attempt to sell you additional warranties/coverage. If you don't want it just flat out tell them no. If you do want additional services make sure to try to get a better price and don't accept their initial offer. Overall, I hate car dealerships in general but this dealership was the most honest of all the ones I visited and if you're in the market for a new Ford vehicle (or anything non-ford-preowned they might have) this is definitely the best dealership in the area. Just be careful and always go in already knowing your budget. If you are able to get prequalified for a loan through your bank or a credit bureau you will have more leverage with negotiations and could lead to them offering a better interest rate through their lenders.

The really funny thing is, I didn t actually buy a vehicle from them. I purchased a friend s used vehicle when they traded it in on a new one. But Sam orchestrated the entire transaction and although I had already arranged financing through another lender, I wound up financing through 5 Star Ford, purchasing an extended warranty, and handling all of the paperwork right there in their dealership. It was truly the easiest, most relaxed, seamless car purchase I have ever done.

Prices were comparable to the mechanic I usually use so that was good. Ben, service advisor, kept me in the loop through texts the entire time and was very helpful. The sales experience was very good. My sales person worked hard to find the vehicle that fit my needs. The process severely broke during the finance process. I was preapproved through my credit union. So the finance transaction at Sam pack should have been simply and fast. Unfortunately I was introduced to a young man who was more preoccupied answering the text on his phone then my questions on the documents he presented. I immediately saw discrepancies in the numbers, which he couldn t answer. As I asked more questions about the documents the more agitated he became. At one point he wanted me to sign a blank form and initial it in three different places. Who signs a blank legal document? After 10-15 mins of dealing with his inept abilities I stood up and walked out of the dealership. Ironically, as I was driving down the road, a competitor called me and made me a much better offer. Upon arrival at the competition they treated me like a king and the overall experience crushed Sam pack. Not sure why they call it a 5 star dealer. Be cautious if you go here

I have a 30' Winnebago Class C RV on a Ford E-450 chassis. I brought it into Five Star for the first time for general Oil and Filter Change, State Inspection and complete multi-point maintenance service. I was introduced to Randy Owens, a Service Adviser who specializes in these types of vehicles, he appeared to be very knowledge, helpful and courteous. I left the RV for the work to be done. I received a call from Randy informing me that in the process of moving the RV they brushed up against another vehicle and caused some damage on the rear passenger side of the RV. He said it was not serious and felt that his collision department could work on rubbing it out. He sent some pictures and I couldn't really see any damage, it was so superficial. They worked on it and it turned out great.
Reason I am giving them a 5 Starr review. They were HONEST and PROACTIVE. The damage was so superficial and minor I probably would of not noticed it on my own. We all can make a mistake or have an accident. But a dealership that is this HONEST and forthright deserves to be commended.

Most recent experience with the service department. I brought my 2015 Ford Escape in to get an oil change. The "technician" mentioned that we should get "preventative maintenance done" such as brakes, tune up, and filtration (whatever that means). So I dropped about $900 and got it all done.
Then last Friday, I'm driving on 635 and all of a sudden the car dies... I was not next to a shoulder. Once I turned it off, I had no trouble restarting it. But from 635 to where I live (4 miles) it dies 11 more times.
I call the ford service department, and the guy says it "it might just be a sensor". So I bring it in. Another tech comes to me and suggests I get my brakes done soon as well.... Revert back to what I paid for. I told him that I already paid for that....
I come to find out that the brakes were not done, they didn't clean the throttle body properly, and who knows what else is.
Best part, I tell them to get the car running and refund me for the brakes since they weren't done because I am trading this in for another make. Keith Drake tells me over the phone (because I am work) that he will not issue a refund and they are going to put the breaks on.... very disrespectful person and condescending.
This was the 3rd incident.
First Encounter: Oil change & tire rotation. technician forgot to put the lug nuts on my wheel. As I turn out, it falls off with oncoming traffic. In a downpour, I am directing traffic for 90 minutes while they come to put the tired back on. I had my 7 month old in the car too.
Second Encounter: Oil change (free since they almost killed me the last time) they forget to put the under carriage cover back on, a piece breaks off.
I understand if something goes wrong once. But when every visit ends with them screwing the car up worse than when we brought it to them... It's them, they won't admit it, but it's their garbage service.
Now my wife picks up the car, with our 2 kids, and as she is driving away, the check engine light comes on.... Word to the wise, don't tell them you are getting rid of your FORD because they will sabotage your car.
I have already contacted the BBB and plan to take this to Corporate and will not rest. Because eventually, their negligence will result in someone else's death.

I was kept informed of the progress at every step. My salesman, Henry, made me feel he was on my side to make sure I got the best Truck for the criteria I gave him. He came through, gave me more than I expected for trade in, more truck for my money, and such a no pressure experience. The finance department was great too. Not the normal pressure to buy a lot of extras you don t need. I also have never had a manager come up to me after the sale to insure I was treated right. This happened here.

I can't exactly say it was a great experience.I went in to look at a used Mercedes Benz. I had a great trade in: 7 yr old Hyundai Tuscan that I bought new and took great care of. no scratches no dents no mechanical problems. I just wanted to upgrade to the Mercedes SUV which I have always loved and thought since my car had just over 100,000 miles it was time to trade it in. I did my homework and new what my trade was worth to the dealer. Although they did not have a lot of customers, I was there over 6 1/2 hours from start to finish. Once I test drove the car and decided I would like to get it, the process began of haggling. Right off the bat they wanted to give me $1500.00 less than what the trade in value was worth on Bluebook. My salesman, Will, who was a nice guy, kept leaving to talk to the" manager" and would come back 20 Minutes or more later with a different amount but still too low. Finally they came up with a price I could accept for my car and then the financing song and dance began which took forever, (again not that many customers) and they ended up doing 3 hard inquiries on my credit which made my score go down. I have fair credit but not great. I had already been approved with an outside credit company. but I wanted to try to get a better interest rate. Well, to make a long story short, after 4 hrs of back and forth on the down payment and price and threatening to leave and go somewhere else, I finally got a decent deal with a payment I could live with and the down payment I wanted to pay. The finance guy was very nice too, But the process took too long. I spent most of the time I was there sitting by my self while the staff milled around and joked with each other.
To be honest I thought going to a well known car dealer in the area would be a better experience than going to a small independent used car dealer, but I was wrong.
When the deal was finalized and I left with my new (used) car, I discovered that there less than a 1/4th of a tank of gas and the windows inside the car had not been cleaned. By that point I was too tired to go back in but I was disappointed they didn't at least fill the tank up half way.
Overall, it was the typical used car buying experience that took way too long and was too tedious. I do however love my new (used) car and am glad I bought it. But I will probably never go back to 5-Star Ford when I am in the market again.

I showed up at the dealership late yesterday morning with no appointment. Shawn Day walked up to my truck in the service bin promptly (with his mask on) and got me checked in. I had my brakes fixed, alignment, and State Inspection done by the end of the day. I know ya'all were busy because he originally asked me if I could pick up my vehicle the next day (today) but it would have been a huge pain to get a ride home & back to work this morning so I begged and pleaded for him to squeeze the work in and get me out the same day. He made it happen! He made me feel like my time was important and was very knowledgeable. And the price was not inflated for the work that was done.
All around excellent service and experience. Thank you Five Star Ford! I will be coming back to you exclusively from now on.

I appreciated to salesman who I talked, he was very generous and kind. He knew so much how to treat the customers right way. Making an appointment and test drive, etc were great!
But I couldn t make the deal TODAY for 11 mustang gt that I felt disappointment to the financial department a bit. Also, they will bargain your trade in vehicles more than good price value
I found out the 11 mustang gt vehicle was reasonable price on online, I applied for credit check.
My car was 14 mustang v6, they provided me a quote $7000 with 64k miles on, and I still have the balance with 11k from bank. I didn t expect to get that trade-in value, I wished to have little more.
I bought several Ford cars like new and pre owned from different dealerships included my family in 10 years. I planned to buy the used car with finance. Even though I know my credit score like late 600s and early 700s and information of the vehicles currently, they would not offered me better deal l desired. I know my score is NOT perfect score but I understand what is my value at least.
If anyone wishes to buy the cars without trade-in then, offers would be good or better. Someone wants to buy a car like my situation, I wouldn t recommend this location.
Perfect scores people can buy anything but like me as regular people would not get the decent offers.
I should search other places now on.

I love this dealership! The service department is fast and friendly. I was there to have the auto butler service done to protect the clearcoat and it was finished, washed and waxed plus all four tires checked and filled with air in well under two hours. The customer waiting area is extremely comfortable.

Every time I take my vehicle in to a Five Star Ford dealership for maintenance they always forget to do something or outright don't fix something they were supposed to. Non-stop problems. But they always remember to charge you for everything they were supposed to do. Terrible experience. Certainly won't buy another Ford vehicle as a result.
