I can t say enough great things about my salesman Raeb Ashkar and the entire Five Star Ford of Dallas team. I had gotten myself into a bad situation with my credit and had been turned down at dealerships all over Texas. I had all but given up when I first spoke with Raeb. When he says he is working for you, you can absolutely rest easy that he and the rest of the team are doing everything they can to help. No matter what got thrown at them they just continued to work and get my deal done. I was in and out of the dealership in less than two hours and headed back home. Thank you Five Ford!!

Five Star Ford of Dallas had been fantastic to work with. I have bought 2 Ford Escape's from them and it has been a a wonderful experience. My current 2018 Escape I just had to have work done to due to a recall that injured my motor even though it was fixed. I had bought the extended warranty and it covered a brand new motor with no charge to me! They even furnished a loaner for over a week at no cost to me! Highly recommended Ben, Mark, and all the other great service professionals there!

Marc Anthony is such a great service advisor. He constantly communicates on the status of the my vehicle. And moreover service texts are convenient way keeping us updated on the status of the vehicle.

Dropped my truck and was given a Loaner in the next 20 mins and was out from there.

I would like to thank Fredy for all the help with getting my truck running correctly and keeping me updated on the progress. I didn't mind leaving my truck for a day or two, but when I needed it back for some stuff for the weekend. Fredy got me a loaner truck for the weekend so I can what I needed to get done. Go see him, really friendly and willing to figure out the problem.

Five Star Ford exceeded our expectations of a car buying experience. Flexible, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. Hunter and Yama were especially great. Have already recommended them to multiple friends and family members.

NEW NAME! NO LONGER 5 STAR PLANO, NOW DALLAS. Now on the Eastbound service road of 190/Bush between Coit and Independence. That was confusing but the new place is shiny, quiet, a nice place to spend a bit of time. Now we will see how long it takes for an oil change (1.hr, 45 min served up dripping from complumentary carwash). Note, carwash is not altogether effective process. The service entrance is on the north side btw.

I still can't believe Five Star's Credit Department got me qualified with my current credit score and situation and score. I have accounts in collections, and even late payments in recent months, but I even got 0% interest and no money down on my deal on a brand new car!

I had the sales manager and an excellent salesman help through my car buying experience. This was the 4th car I have purchased through Five Star! The service was awesome and I could not have asked for a better car buying experience.

I have dealt with five Star Ford for almost 5 years now. the facility now located at 8900 President George Bush Turnpike is staffed with the most efficient people in all categories. I've bought many many cars in my lifetime, but until Five Star Ford, I never really enjoyed the experience. If you are not already a customer, you should be!!!

Joey O Conner was great as usual. My second F150 with Joey providing excellent follow up in between purchases, informing me all along on what is coming in the future. Completely up to speed on the 2021 line up despite the delays and impact COVID has placed on inventory delivery and information flow. I brought my Ford Explorer in for some minor repair work and couldn't be more pleased with my whole experience! This was my first time visiting this dealer but I would highly recommend Five Star Ford Dallas.

Freddy was my Service Rep and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He had great communication with me throughout the process. They even provided me with a loaner vehicle while the work was being done.

Great staff and management here! David was the most informative person and lets you know what vehicles fit your lifestyle best. He does not 'up sell' you and encourages the buyer to test out a few vehicles so they know what car feels right. Enjoyed my purchase here and very happy with the services provided at this location!

I had an issue with my 4wd and showed up without an appointment, as I was nearby when the problem occurred. Randy wrote up the issues and got me a loaner vehicle and I was back on the road within 30 minute. I got almost constant updates from Randy and the techs inspected the rest of the vehicle while it was there. Randy explained the issues and had pricing ready. I gave the okay and it was fixed the next day. Everything should be this easy.

I had an appointment over a month ago And it didn t go as planned, but the manager called me the next day and got everything situated. He was very helpful and got my car taken care of. I will definitely be going back!

Rosario is the best service provider I have ever had, and I have dealt with many. She s very sweet and helpful. She helped me get a rental car very fast. Took care of calling my warranty company and getting everything sorted out. She stayed in touch with me every time the mechanic had a question or if I had a question. Best believe I m not taking taking my car anywhere else, but this Ford location. The process and everything was smooth.

I am beyond impressed with this dealership service department. If I could give them 6 stars I would. They where fast, friendly, honest, and did over charge for a basic oil or try to up sell me things my truck did not need. Randy was amazing deal with! I will definitely be back!
