Super operation, the adjuster assigned to my claim did a super job, Clint Unbrell! After the insurance company sent three low experienced adjusters out with terrible results I learned about Clint and Five Star Claims Adjusting, never knew these folks were available, lucky I spoke to neighbor about this situation. Being skeptical I did some asking around and signed up for their expertise, a great day for me. Within a few days the claim was settled in my favor!

We had a 10 year old roof , and this was the second leak we had on our roof , so for the 1 st time ever we did a claim, well the insurance company came and offered us 350$ ( what a joke ) it was obvious that there was more damage than that. so we hire Frederico from 5 Star . We experienced roof and window damage from hurricane Irma and even though we were fully insured, after our hurricane deductible we didn't even receive enough to do repairs. This was the second time we worked with Kathy and this was a total breeze! We had hail damage from last March 2019 and she was still able to submit the claim and get it covered for us in less than a month! This was a super fast process and she got us more money than the insurance had originally proposed.

I had extensive damage to my home from Hurricane Irma. My insurance company only stated $8k worth of damage but because my deductible was so high they sent me a check for $3k! I couldn't even get them to return my phone call for 3 months! I didn't know what to do so I hired an insurance adjuster to fight the claim. After 6 mths of fighting they said my insurance company was too difficult and would drag it out so they gave up and dropped my case. After 6 months I was back at square 1! I had given up and paid just over $22k in repairs out of my pocket. I randomly met Fred from Five Star Claims at my sisters work function. I told him what happened to me and he said to contact him because and I'll never forget what he said "they don't give up on their clients"! He was right! They fought and fought! They kept me informed and never gave up! About eighteen months later the insurance company settled. I would recommend Fred and Five Star to anyone going thru the stress and heartbreak of a battle with insurance. It can feel like you want to give up so its really nice to have someone fight for you!

Wow!!! My case with them took only 3 months. My insurance company was a pain in the butt. Fred and Roger made sure I got my roof replaced in a great time frame. They got me the money I needed for my entire roof project due to damage done from hail storm and past hurricanes.

Not only were they there every time my insurance company showed up. But they also made sure the insurance company wrote every single piece of damage down. These two will not fail you.

Our home had a very unique water damage involving the window lintel, exterior stucco, and interior drywall. We had multiple companies provide estimates for the repairs ranging up to 20,000 and our insurance was offering us 1,000. The damage is on the side of the house that gets hit hardest during storms and hurricanes. We had no idea how we would save enough money for the extensive repairs needed in time to protect our home during hurricane season. A neighbor suggested we look into 5 Star.
