Not only was Spencer Pearson my adjuster but was also a close neighbor. I saw how Spencer treated his customers who were victims of Hurricane Michael and decided that he would be the "one" that could help me. His experience, honesty and kindness was more that I expected. He stayed in touch with me on a regular basis with updates ... I am a real estate broker and know the importance of communicating ... we just want to know that you're doing something ... and he was.
