I used Five Star Alliance to find a place for a relaxing and beautiful babymoon last September. We wanted beautiful amenities and good food and Five Star is always the place I start my search. I was looking for something in California and Five Star had lots of good options We stayed at Ojai Valley Inn & Spa and couldn't have been happier. After speaking with a Five Star agent I was confident that the spa at Ojai would have good prenatal massage and other services.

I've booked several trips (honeymoon and several
stays in NYC) over the years using Five Star and will continue to do so.

Great experience with them, used them for a trip to Europe and then most recently Bali. Pictures were on point, client services were helpful. Overall a good experience.

Helped me to find a resort for our honeymoon in Thailand and were very helpful! Couldn't have been happier with the heavenly trip.

Very bad experience with Cliff Palermo from DC FIVE STAR. I booked a place with Cliff and planned a trip for 12 people. I collected the money and made plans for everyone. 3 weeks later, I get a very nonchalant email from Cliff saying that he made a mistake and the place was no longer available. He said he would let us have the week after for half the price. I understand that mistakes are made, but when I asked for help finding another place that same weekend, again, nonchalantly, there was nothing he could do. VERY DISSAPPOINTING!!!!! Will never use him again!!!

I am currently working with the 5 Star staff after a friend told me about this company. They helped her find a perfect luxury hotel that focused on families that was just what she was seeking. I hope to take my group to Greece within the next six months and love working with both the staff and the incredible web site. I love seeing pictures that provide the kind of information I want before making final decisions.

Excellent resource in my search for a five star property

We used Five Star for a trip to Iceland and England. The process was smooth and efficient. Not having been to either country, using Five Star was a great asset. Their familiarity with accommodations and activities in both countries made the process of traveling (with kids) painless. I'd highly recommend their services.
