Very bad experience with Cliff Palermo from DC FIV...

Very bad experience with Cliff Palermo from DC FIVE STAR. I booked a place with Cliff and planned a trip for 12 people. I collected the money and made plans for everyone. 3 weeks later, I get a very nonchalant email from Cliff saying that he made a mistake and the place was no longer available. He said he would let us have the week after for half the price. I understand that mistakes are made, but when I asked for help finding another place that same weekend, again, nonchalantly, there was nothing he could do. VERY DISSAPPOINTING!!!!! Will never use him again!!!
