Not sure about the stars but they need a better web site. The one they have, is not user friendly. They don't give any information about the properties they have. They should consider listing available apartments.

Not responsive at all. Unsure what their top priority is, but it certainly isn t the well being of homeowners. Any request I've ever placed there has been zero follow up. Extremely convoluted hierarchy system they ve built. Plus they don t give out their phone number. They send you to an Operating System which takes a message and lets them call YOU back. I sent a very long email letting this company know what I felt and how to fix it/ remedy the situation. There was no actions taken upon my recommendation. So I will publicly say that this company is not who you should go with if you want happy home owners. As a first time home owner, I couldn t have imagined that this experience would be as disappointing as it has been. Wouldn t recommend at all.
Melrose Towers Buyers and Tenants Beware! The property management will fine you for anything they can. Make sure to read all rules and regulations to protect your wallet.
We have lived at Drumner Boy for over 40 years. A development that is well run and responsive to owners needs. It is beautifully kept. I would highly recommend it.
