We purchased a property through First National Mooloolaba. All our dealings were with Jean Hamer who we found to be excellent.

Jean handled the inspection process with utmost professionalism. At no time were we pressured and our confidence in Jean grew as the time for the auction approached. Jean was very thorough in her explanations of all that was involved and assisted us through the auction process a telephone purchase that was made much easier thanks to Jean.

With the approach of settlement Jean again provided a great deal of assistance and kept us well informed as to what was required and when. We were very grateful for her calm, thorough attention to detail.
In all, our experience was greatly simplified thanks to Jean.
