By far the worst customer service I have ever received. I have called 16 times in a matter of three days just to make an appointment. I got one phone call and missed it by two minutes, called them back six times afterwards and nobody answered. Why they can t pick up the phone or actually act like they know what they re doing I have no idea. Clearly can t help anyone.

This was the worse appointment ever...over a 1hr wait after my appointment time. Then they fast tracked my dog without an office visit with the doctor...half cut his nail..so I wonder what other half services did they do. I have supported the FCNMHP since I moved here to Jax as I'm able to pay for services but the quality of service at the Cassat location has gone down. The attention to detail is not there..the folks working there are good with the exception of one front desk person who doesn't know how and is uncomfortable with minorities. I will not be back it is not worth the so called savings. Now I have to wait an hour for the heart worm results.

Had an appointment. Once in a room, vet tech said there was 1 family ahead of us. We waited 2 hours. I asked the front desk how much longer they thought it would be. They were confused and didnt know where we were supposed to be (waiting room, back room, gone) Then said there was 1 vet and 7 families. We ended up walking out. I took time off of work to take care of my dog and nothing happened. Decided to pay the extra and go to a good vet. They are a low cost vet with limited resources there to try and help. If you can afford elsewhere, go there. If you have a job and time means something, go elsewhere. If you're in hard times and your pet needs help, go to their Northside clinic off Norwood, they're great. Cassatt is awful.

I love this organization. They care about the pet population and are doing something about it. They offer low cost spat and neuter along with low cost vaccines. My previous vet wanted to charge me $400 per dog to neuter. To get my dogs shots it was over $300 per visit. Not at No More Homeless Pets. My dogs vaccinations cost only $50 each. This is a newer location that is very nice and clean. The staff is very helpful. There is a little wait because it is low cost. Make sure and get the first appointment of the day and the wait will be minimal. If you are bringing you fury friend just make sure your dog is leashed and your cat is in a carrier. Their safety is your responsibility.

I took my dog for her annual shots. The vet was very good with her. I asked about what dog food she recommended for her and I didn't like the dry food that was advertised. The ingredients are very unhealthy for any dog. She recommended the cheaper dog foods like Beneful and Purina Pro Plan. I'm on a limited income but I want My dog to get the healthiest food so I buy her food from Petsmart. Believe me I have researched which ingredients are healthy for her.

HORRIBLE!! Almost killed my cat two weeks ago. Brought him in to be nuetered and they kept him in a cage going crazy for three days before they could get around to it. He did not eat and almost killed himself trying to escape.
He is so traumatized that he is not the same cat and some of his injuries may never heal. He lost at least 5 lbs., has cuts all over his body and is afraid of everyone. His left front leg is either broken or has an internal injury that I cannot diagnose without putting him back in a carrier and taking him in to a real veterinarian which would further traumatize him.
DANGER - drop your animal off at your own risk. PLEASE find a qualified vet verses taking your pet here. He or she may not survive it.

This is by far the very best place to take your pets for anything medical related. They are always super friendly and their prices are way better than any local vet clinic near you. They also take care of homeless pets from the wild if they are brought in inside a feral cat trap. Not sure what all they will do but I know our neighbors strays have all been fixed by them and their ears clipped. Give them.a try and you will never go anywhere else!

The veterinarians and other staff are both compassionate and well qualified. The offices are clean and spacious. I could not afford to go to other veterinarians in the area. Thank God for the caring and generous people who founded FCNMHP so that our babies would have access to medical care, medicine, and food if we have encountered a financial setback. May God bless them and their families.

They are cheap, but cheap is exactly what you get. I have had nothing but terrible customer service at both locations. I hate that I have to sacrifice common courtesy because I can't afford to overpay for my dog's healthcare.

Literally the worst experience I ve ever had or ever heard of. Made an appointment for my dogs for 5pm showed up at 4:45pm to check in didn t get seen by the Vet until close to 6pm and didn t leave until 8:20pm like are you kidding me my dogs are having surgery it s for some damn shots. Absolutely pathetic service and they truly should be ashamed with the lack of remorse for having people sit that long after making an appointment knowing they have children with them also. Like what the hell it wasn t a walk in. I will never go back to this place ever. I d rather spend more money then deal with this below average place ever again.

They gave me incorrect information and made a very difficult situation long and horrible. I was told that I could bring him in a vet would see him and if necessary put him down. I showed them the picture of my wife's second attack from this loving animal of 15 years. They said no can't do that. Wow ok I was very upset with being told something not true and driving from across town following the instructions they gave me a week ago. Next they gave me a sheet for 2 places to take him two. Bad information again. The humane society told me he was to old for them to put him down. Spent most of day trying to do the humane thing. What horrible two weeks shame on them. I donated to the a few times

The wait time to check in and be seen can take a while. But the staff have been immensely helpful to myself and my husband after we found a stray/lost cat who needed a considerable amount of care. They carefully listen to needs, explain the treatment plan, and take time to go over the reasonable pricing. Occasionally, I needed to call with follow-up questions and was also able to speak to the vets about specific questions or concerns over the phone. The place is a wonderful resource to the Jacksonville community.

These people are awful. The only reason that I didn't give them a one rating is because they did make the dog's recovery easier. A homeless man in our neighborhood, his small dog was viciously attacked and had several holes in him. Lost a lot of blood. We took the man and his dog here. They told the man after hours of, (just give me 5 more minutes) that he had to pay $150, to get his dog back. So we paid it for him, (not happily)! Then they tell the man that they want to keep the dog. Knowing he's homeless. Knowing that we just paid for him! After we've asked for the dog and paid what was owed. Then days later he goes to get his dog. They've kept the dog on IV and bandaged his neck wounds. They gave the dog antibiotics. They charged that man another $600, that he can't afford. They entrap people and are rudely nasty. There was only one person who seemed to actually care. She was the actual vet. The rest need some training when it comes to bedside manner and sensitivity. They also should reevaluate their low cost assistance claim, cause it's bullcrap!

THE WORST! There is no urgency or communication between staff. Fromt desk staff constantly complaining about computer systems, and telephones not working. Shot records incomplete. Told I made the wrong appointment by scheduling online. Told that my dog has multiple accounts in the system, & that's why it was taking 1 1/2 hours to get checked out! Prices might be mildly cheaper, but you'll pay with your time!

I go to this location for all of my pets, it s affordable, they take walk ins and if it s an emergency they have the doctor take a look right away to stabilize the animal. They have most of their prices in their website. They take awhile to call back sometimes due to high call volume but if you stay on hold you re more likely to get ahold of them faster. If you wait awhile in the waiting room please understand that someone may have an emergency and if it was your baby, you would want people to be patient .. 9/10 stars.

After doing everything we needed to do to prep our rescue dog for heartworm treatment, which took two months, they then all of a sudden had no clue that we were scheduled for our first heartworm treatment. I went to Maverick Animal Clinic and received great care.

This isn't Professional at All. I've been seen at the other Location and NEVER waited this long. I wasn't to please with the Older Lady at the front desk Either

This place is awesome. We brought our Oldest little girl cat (Tink) here. She was very bad sick they couldn't do anything for her. She had to be put to sleep. They were so helpful and very sweet up until the time Tink went to heaven. They let us spend as much time as we wanted and afterwords made sure we were ok. Thank you so much I wish she was still here but if she had to go I was glade it was here and not some place that would just treat us as just another customer. To us y'all are like family God bless and keep doing what y'all are doing.

for several weeks so I could spend more precious time with him and
always hope for the best--and the care Sunny got at your place was second to None ! You all do such great work there and I will always consider you guys heroes in our community !!

Don't expect to be seen with an appointment. YoulYohave to wait even with one. At least an hour if at all. No reason to even make an appointment because they won't see you at the appointed time. Tons of people in there. Staff wears no gloves, no masks, doors are closed so every single person has to open them. Not a good place to go during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC. Will not go back.

Scam artists. They tell you your to stupid to treat your dog come on all info is available online once the doctor has diagnosed the animal say for heart worms etc prevention meds very expensive and one you get in the door be ready to wait 3 hours to be seen unorganised in experienced staff girl made a till drop the other day and said out loud she had way to much money in her drawer and I'm thinking as I watch her count all the money and a light bulb goes off in my head omg how many pets are dying due to high fees cheap once your in the door after that you are bombarded with fees on what it will cost to heal your pet and beware the bottom expressing for dogs nurse tool my dog said she would be back and when she finally came back she said she expressed the dogs glad and it's $14.00 once it's done you have to pay I was not asked if this could be done to my pet. And supposed eye Care is a joke what can you possibly do to a dogs vision that cost 600.00 dollars poor woman in front of me had to pay that much for what Lazer surgery I mean Jesus people the nusr didn't even wash my dogs but after expressing the gland it was horrible to be in that room .I only do it to the dog every 3 months and he's been fine so that's my thoughts hope it helps someone

Horrible experience! !! I will NEVER refer Anyone to this pathetic Money Factory, trying to pretend to be a CARING Veterinary Clinic! !! I had an appointment and still had to spend an hour and forty five plus minutes to see a Veterinary, for maybe three minutes! !! Then at the check-out I was overcharged and treated very rudely and UNPROFESSIONALLY! !! This is a horrible place and should be investigated by the ASPCA !!

I don't think Smokey received much in the way of care in his short life until he showed up at my door. The little guy quickly became a favorite with me and the others on the street.A trip to the vet brought a sad but eye opening end for my boy as cancer had taken its course. But the kind staff @ FCNMHP showed my buddy all the care and dignity he deserved as he was sent on his way.He now lies with Jack,Rex,Buddy and Papa Possum overlooking the pond they all loved.5 stars can't come close to my opinion of this facility!

They were phenomenal. We had to put our 13 year cat down and they rushed us in first and let us spend as much time needed to say goodbye. There price was very reasonable and they also approved for my mother to pay the bill over the phone. They have payment pans too for large bills. Great doctors and staff too. Thank you from the bottom of my heart FCNMHP

I was disappointed with them

I was disappointed with them
I have taken my dogs for their shots and one of my dogs had a bad ear infection and they could not see her that day i took off work because i did not want to see her in pain. You really do not save money. I think they should lower their prices if they really care about animals.

Great!

Great!
Was recommended by a good friend, and was not disappointed. I Inquired about this location via phone and the representative was very knowledgeable and helpful with the questions I had that lead to becoming a customer. Great affordable prices for the services and friendly vet/staff members.

*Just a heads up.. do expect a little wait time as this location can get busy even with an appointment.
