Took my dog in for her yearly exam. Very upset when trying to check out it took over 30 minutes. Also, I was given a prescription for my dogs food and went to get her food yesterday and they would not let me have it because the paperwork had the wrong dates on it. Tried to call for 2 days now and it still is not straight yet. It seems every time I go there it gets worse in times and service and I had an appointment and I was not a walk in.

This place is the best. I had two very old cats get sick & die in 2 days & they made it as easy as possible. Even ushered me out the back door when I left so the waiting room didn't see me crying. They're also inexpensive, as far as vets go. These people care about the animals they provide for.

My experience with no more homeless pets today was horrible. I normally take my pets here for vaccines with no problems but my dog broke his foot so I went in today 9/18 as a walk in. They put me on the list and said there were two other walk ins ahead of me so I said ok I ll wait. The opened there doors at 8:00 I got there at 8:10am. I waited then my husband waited then I came back after taking my kids to the dentist l. Got a call from a technician very rude young man asking for us to bring the dog under the blue tent. I explained that my Husband left and went next door to McDonald s. My husband was told that we would be skipped if we didn t come back. So we waited from 8:10 until 12:50 just to be skipped. When we got back to office at 1:00pm we were told to sit in the car room and then 30 minutes later you tell me that the back office can t take us we were skipped and we could be put back on the waiting list absolutely ridiculous.

This place is AMAZING!! My dog needed emergency surgery. I was shaking and terrified. But my dog, who normally is scared of anyone and everything especially cutting nails and bathing...loved being there! She knew she was surrounded by love. They took such amazing care.of her and loved her in the process. The whole place is clean and happy. It doesnt stink like some vet offices do. And they offer financing. I needed them in a very dark moment and I am so glad they were there for us. I can not speak highly enough of them! When the stitches were ready to come out three beautiful souls got down on the floor with her to hold her and love on her and gently remove them. Such an amazing place!!!

I really wanted to like this place because of their work with feral animals. They seem to be money focused rather than caring about the health and pain level of your animal. I brought in my dog with severe pain. they suggested a ~200 dollar set of blood tests and ~400 dollars worth of xrays. They refused to talk about her pain until I agreed to the blood tests. I went to another veterinarian and they suggested an over the counter medication that might help before I even went in, did tests as needed rather than making me pay for every test, and I walked out having paid only 165. They are not lower cost than other vets, you pay more for lower quality of care. On the way out I complained to the receptionist who told me "Hey, have to work somewhere; this job pays my bills" which is a sad and kind of frightening sort of attitude for people caring for your animals to have.

My first experience with the Cassat location today was amazing. I made an appointment and was taken back within 5 minutes. Every single staff member was so caring and kind to my timid Rosie girl. I want to specially thank my tech Laken and front desk Melinda! They were so patient with my 1000 questions (brand new dog mom here). Affordable pricing and wonderful facility. Thank you everyone!

Amazing. That's all I can say. The staff were so very kind and compassionate. I had to euthanize an elderly cat I took in from the streets about a year ago. He started having serious breathing issues and stopped eating and drinking. The Vet and her nurse assistant were so gentle with him and me. She confirmed he had stomach tumors. She thanked me for giving him a home and making his final year of life his best. She then thanked me for my heart to love him enough to be brave and choose to end his suffering. I've never, in all my years as a cat owner, had such a wonderful experience like the one I had at No More Homeless Pets. I cannot recommend this place enough. I will never forget how amazing the team was. Thank you all for giving me a wonderful final memory with my meow meow.

Everyone was nice but they wrote me a prescription for antibiotics for my dog to have filled at my local drugstore after giving a dose to my dog I realized that smell like Bubblegum so I call the pharmacist they told me it's the same antibiotics they give children and after a long Google search I found out that some of those antibiotics that have flavoring contain Xylitol which can be deadly to dogs I left a message for no more homeless pets someone briefly called me back the next day and said they would have the vet call me no one ever called me back I have ended up making an appointment with another vet for a second opinion

Very nice facility. Took my little chihuahua/minpin mix in for a swollen face. I was seen rather quickly for a walk-in. Vet was thorough and very kind. Went here because my old veterinarian has become a money pit. Prices here are reasonable and fair. Glad to say that my dog is doing well and I have found a new veterinarian.

They're friendly and very attentive to your pet but I cannot stress this enough: MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU CAN. They get lots of pets in there so if you're on standby you could be there a while. But if you are struggling financially, they're a great option for pet care, or if you're dealing with a stray.

Took two stray kittens in for initial check and to get started on necessary shots, etc. As a long time multiple pet owner, I have experienced many vet visits. Fcnmp was a pleasure from the first contact with reception, check in, tech and vet, they were all friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in giving your pet the finest care for a very fair price. They do return your calls and respond to the online requests for appointments. Will definitely continue using them.

I was there as a walkin from 10:30 to 3. All but 40 minutes were spent waiting in the waiting room. I was then talked out of putting my dog down. Paid for antibiotics only for my dog to die that night. You think the vet would have been able to tell he was that bad off. I won't go there again.

Other than the prices this place is a mess. I ve gone to this location a few times but after the last time I had to switch vets. Majority of the time there is a long wait even past your appointment time. The vet assistants I had to deal with were rude or didn t even acknowledge what I was telling them. However, what put the icing on the cake for me was when the last time we went my dog had mites and had to get a scrape of her skin for us to find out, I heard my dog yelp (she doesn t even yelp for shots) the doctor said the skin and fur would grow back and the fur never did...

I disagree with one of the other writers. There are not a lot of good vets in Jacksonville This was the 6th vet that I have visited in Jacksonville in 3 years. [ 2] were really bad vets,[ 2 ]were mediocre [1]was very nice but never gave a diagnosis, so twice I went to him and then took the animal to another vet. I even drove 800 miles to take my beloved boy Yorkie to my previous vet. [And yes I got a diagnosis ] So when I went to this clinic I was very edgy and not really nice, They treated my little girl dog and I with kindness and respect and the vet was informative and listened to me. I thank them! And I have never been to a vet and paid so little!!!

No more Homeless Pets, has proven a great experience. It's difficult facing the threat a pet could die, but not knowing what the expense might be, makes it even more difficult. Doctors and staff, were very understanding about my need to keep costs down and worked with me, to make plans of care that, allowed my pet a full recovery. Thank you, No More Homeless Pets, for all that you do, to provide excellent care, and keep pet ownership, affordable. We love our pets. Thank you for providing, excellent care! My, Checkers, thanks you, too!

They were so thorough! We found a puppy that was possibly thrown from a car! We took her in and they were so loving and helpful! They are amazing here! Some people complain about the wait times but with the love they show and the discounted rates they provide, the wait is worth it!!!! (Unless it's an emergency) but with our emergency they were on top of it as soon as we brought her in!

I'm sitting in the exam room. I brought my dog because another dog bit her in the neck. The Veterinarian who saw me was very flippant and told me there was nothing wrong with her jaw, her teeth were bad. I know she needs a dental, but she has extreme pain in her jaw. Also if you need financial assistance, don't bother. They misrepresent the fact they can help you financially. I'm disabled and was just approved for disability. I haven't received any money yet. They give you some finance form to complete that costs 35.00 to process, then 30% of the treatment cost. They are scammers. I've been taking my pets there for three years. VERY DISAPPOINTED. UPDATE: 12:51 AM: I gave her the medication the Vet gave her isn't working and she's breathing really fast now. The Vet who saw me was extremely unprofessional. I gave them 5 stars the last time I was there about a year ago: The staff has changed and they are terrible.

I will never take my animal here again I've been 5 diffient times and every time it has been a problem with my bill and getting the services that I paid for for my new kitten I pre paid for new kitten shots but when I went back the said that they didn't have ANY record of the payment . So i showed them the receipt and it still took 30mins before they could fine the correct account. I asked for the account number so it wouldn't happen on the next visit.. on the following visit ....after 10mins of finding the right account they said that the other halff of her shots where not covered and that I would have to pay again.....very bad service

I wouldn't go any place else for treatment for the fur babies except this place..The wait was long true enough, but the services were amazing..My daughter took her dog there, Due to Seizures & being tested prior for heart worms, so she can begin treatment.. We left after being there almost two hours & not being seen, So we went on an scheduled & apt to see why my daughters baby maybe going through what shes going through for another day.. The place is clean & the staff were great..And the treatment plans for animals are pretty affordable

First time visiting with my cat because our previous vet was no longer able to provide services she needs. Maybe we were lucky but we were the only ones in the waiting room when we arrived. The vet saw us within 10 minutes of our scheduled appointment time. The vet spent quite a bit of time answering questions and discussing treatment options. Very good experience.
