Honestly I haven't been seen but I checked in Prior to 5:30 and wasn't called back until 7pm. I had an appt elsewhere but chose to come here because I like the Concept. This isn't Professional at All. I've been seen at the other Location and NEVER waited this long. I wasn't to please with the Older Lady at the front desk Either
