Great place to buy all my household's zero-waste products.

Awesomely friendly staff, great variety of products

Recently embarked on a zero waste life style, happy to support a Canadian store who s aim is to better the planet. My son absolutely loves the bubble bath soap and all their products work as expected for an affordable prize. Can t wait fir them to expand to Toronto one day :)

ReImagine Co is a very inviting and inclusive place to go, I would highly recommend it. The staff is friendly and knowledgable and the events hosted by ReImagine Co offer tonnes of useful information and services as well as helping to create a strong sense of community. I like to support ReImagine Co by purchasing necessary zero-waste products from their online store instead of other online stores so I can support small businesses in my local London community.

Oneka Organic Conditioner has a soothing lavender scent, leaves my hair feeling really soft and combined with the shampoo from Reimagine, I don't need to wash my hair that often (which saves a lot of water and time). This is the best conditioner that I have ever used.

I went in for the first time today and loved it! They have friendly staff, a good amount of products (and the last time I was on the website you could recommend ideas which is awesome). Today I picked up some of the Oneka Shampoo & Conditioner which I m so excited to try! I ll definitely be going back and I recommend you go check it out as well!

Inspirational space! You can feel the energy when you walk in. I highly recommend this place and all that it stands for.

I buy all my bulk items there--shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dish detergent, essential oils--I even ordered a bulk cardboard box of toilet paper made from bamboo--great stuff. This place is ecologically essential!! I just re-use all my containers. Staff are also great!

This is a plastic-free and zero-waste heaven. Highly recommend it. Remember to bring your reusable containers.

Amazing store, they have a great selection of products to start you on your way to living zero waste, from soaps, shampoos, and lotions in bulk, and reusable products like makeup rounds, safety razors, straws, lunch containers and more. They have so many workshops to help people get the tools they need to start producing less waste, and living more sustainably. It's a very supportive environment and definitely worth a trip!

Great place for zero-waste lifestyle! Help clean up the planet without sacrifcing your wallet or the quality of the product. I have been using the soaps (laundry, dish, dishwasher tabs, shampoo, conditionners, body soaps), cocoa butter and toothpastes (yes you can get zero-waste toothpaste!) and I am very satisfied with the quality of the produces. They even deliver in London, which is great in this time of pandemic. Very friendly and helpfull staff.

The refillery section is great and I'm glad to see they had reusable jars and containers to buy/borrow in case you don't have any. Some prices were a bit high, especially for fruit, but I guess that's to be expected for organic. The refillery is much better price-wise. My one issue is that their donuts and fritters are awful. They are horribly greasy putting large grease stains through the paper bags they were in for only about 10 minutes. The whole bottom part of the pastry was soaked in grease and you could taste it, leaving large circles on my plate and making my fingers wet. The apple fritter cracked open as soon as I picked it up revealing the inside which was empty except for a small, plain apple ring slice. I think a new supplier would make much better ones.

We love this company! Not only are the products great, we have been getting our things delivered right to our door.Less waste, reusable packaging, prompt delivery. Excellent service! Will totally keep shopping with this company.Thanks guys!

I've really enjoyed my visits to the store. The staff has been very helpful and friendly. I have really liked just about all of the products I've purchased. My favorite are the shampoos and dish soaps, but I've also had great success with the scrubbing paste, bubble bath, all purpose cleaner, Castille soap. Some of the products do end up being expensive but I find that those are the ones that last a very long time.

This store has a great mission and vision. I really like how they offer refill stations for soaps, detergents, oils and even local London Booch. Overall, I was a little disappointed with their layout and the limited quantity of items. The store seemed empty. It's odd that they market it as a grocery store.

So great to have a store like this in London! Things are really well set up and the staff are extremely helpful. The quality of everything we ve tried has been good, the prices are reasonable, and they have some really good frozen food options, too!

I am a new customer and so far I've been loving my experiences. Great products, environmentally friendly and nice staff to boot.

A really love place full of good people and good community. The store has awesome products at fair prices and I LOVE having the refill stations for my basics like shampoo and conditioner. That's 9-15 bottles less a year going into my recycle bin! And I'm obsessed with my beeswax wraps (my produce lasts so much longer when I cut it and then wrap leftovers in them).

Very friendly and helpful staff. They offer lots of different products for you to refill, including essential oils. You can bring in your own containers, or use a donated one for free.

Although there is stairs into the shop, they have a ramp if you need assistance.

I will be going back again soon to try out more of their products!

This is by far my favourite store. The products offered are quality and marketed at a reasonable price. We switched from bottled hair products and deodorant to more sustainable products because of this store. It has inspired us to adopt more sustainable practices and learn creative ways to minimize waste. You can tell the values of minimalism and sustainability drive this company - to the point of encouraging customers to purchase only what they need. Keep doing what you re doing!

Great little eco-friendly start-up. Many products to decrease your use of single-use plastic items as well as bring your own container bulk products like shampoo, dish soap and conditioner. Hopefully they will succeed and expand as the world needs more businesses like this!

They carry some really great products (big fan of the Coffee Socks!) and their online store is great (they reuse boxes to mail your order!!!)! If you are new to zero waste, I can't recommend this store and their staff enough to get you started in your journey!

The best waste free product selection in town. Friendly and helpful staff! The building looks nice has free parking and lots of space inside.

Overall the store and the employees are great. The reason I put 4 instead of 5 stars is due to an experience I had with one of their employees. I had purchased one of those collapsible straws that everyone was raving about. after a few weeks of use I found that it was actually growing mold due to it being hard to clean. I was in the shop and tried to share this with one of the employees. It really seemed like they couldn't care less as they just kept saying , "Oh, that's too bad!" I couldn't even get through a sentence without them cutting me off.

Amazing staff, amazing for the environment, amazing experience! I am constantly recommending their services to friends and family... you should do the same!!!

I went in today and bought some laundry soap, a dryer ball, bamboo toothbrush and some koaino lip balm. It was affordable and the young lady working was amazing!
I will definitely be back for more supplies!

I truly believe in what they are trying to do. I was able to get a lot of my fresh produce here, as well as a low waste toothbrush and some floss. Prices are a little higher but food products are local and organic, which the cost reflects that. I was able to ask about sharing compost, and one of the owners have me some great suggestions. I hope to further explore their mock meats and vegan alternatives as I make more trips. can not wait to come back next time .

This store has so many inventive products to help reduce your waste and impact on the environment. The staff are so friendly and helpful! They're always hosting events to bring the community together and learn something new. (Please do another book swap!) This morning I had the privilege of shopping in person at the NEW Reimagine Co. grocery store. The staff were all buzzing with nervous excitement, which just made me more excited to be in their store. There were understandably a few glitches in the process here and there, but I could tell the staff were making mental notes of ways to streamline the waste-free shopping experience. Can't wait to see what Reimagine Co. has in store for the future.

The staff was knowledgeable, and the products seemed fairly priced. I love that I can go in with reusable containers and fill up on a lot of day to day items to cut down on our household waste. I've only purchased a few items so far, and I'm really enjoying everything, especially the almond blossom dish soap - it smells so good, and works well. They also have some great accessories like pump tops for mason jars. I'm excited to return and try more of their products in the future :)

I love this store, especially the refillery! I refill my dish soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, castile soap, and essential oils here. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The Facebook page has tons of cool zero waste ideas. They offer cool workshops. What s not to love? This is easily my favourite store to shop at in London.

From reusable eating utensils in a handy belt pouch to metal water bottles to bulk cleaning materials, this store is out to make a difference and everyone owes it to themselves and the world to at least check it out.

Glad to see a store with zero waste products here in London! This was my first time here, so I had lots of questions. The staff were very attentive and helpful. I picked up deodorant and hand soap. A bit pricy, but I know I'm helping the environment by lessening my carbon footprint.
