Aarkay Signs team was prompt in taking the requirement ( by actually visiting the site in Puttaparthi - Andhra Pradesh ) and the work is definitely top quality. All through production stage we got regular updates and they corrections were accomodated..finally the installation was also done most professionally and satisfactorily. It was a wonderful experience working with the team.
I had to order boards and wall graphics for my office interiors. I just had the designs ready with me and i had sent it over the mail, I did not have the exact software but they handles to do it with out disturbing me. After 2 hours i thought that they have forgotten about me and then i see a person coming to my office and delivered the good in such a short notice and also facing the challenge to over see software issues. They are clearly a reputed name. However they seem to be overstaffed and disconnected with each other in their way of working. They took my order with much enthusiasm but never worked on it. Everytime I'd call, they'd have some excuse. Their sales rep seemed very out of touch with the product and couldn't help us understand anything. After a week of following up with them, decided to go with a different vendor.

Mr. Rakesh Kiggar's Aarkay is an excellent organisation to work with. They are very receptive to a client's suggestions and wants. They are least bothered and not at all committed. Nobody responds to emails or calls. I had a house name board requirements placed and even after 4 days nobody has responded. If they cannot take it up let them say they cannot do it rather than keeping us waiting like this. Really pathetic service. They dont even deserve a single star when it comes to the way they interact.
