Unprofessional company. Bad attitude from staff.

Unprofessional company. Bad attitude from staff, quality of product very poor, slow to quote, slow to actually get the delivery so it was way over the quoted lead time, mistakes made and no rush to fix them. Lack of real honest customer service and concern for the customer or the job. Would not recommend.

Horrendous company to deal with.

Horrendous company. Started seemingly well and quickly went wrong. No support from the team, rubbish fitting, damage to home, dragged on and on, real lack of care from any person in the company, representatives were rude, patronising & ignorant to deal with. I would never ever recommend to use this firm.
