had all new windows and doors fittied, front door didn't shut right and water was leaking in. took 6 months to fix the problem after countless phones calls and engineers coming out to look at the problem. now 7 months later the front door lock breaks, after phoning up and waiting for a call back. had to phone up again and then i'm told sorry cant do anything until monday, cant leave the house since the door wont open from the outside. very bad after service and customer support for the products
