WARNING!!! Do not waste your time with this company! Terrible customer service and extremely expensive! We never even received a working product from them and they still won t give our firm our money back! Next stop, complaint to the BBB! Update: We still have not gotten our money back. This company is the biggest rip off!! Do not waste your time or money on this software!! Update2: Still no response or refund. Do not waste your money on this company. Update 3: Still nothing, now January 2020. I would strongly suggest using another company for your office. Filevine is absolutely the worst company you could choose. Unless you like loosing thousands of dollars and hours of your time. If they would do the right thing and refund our money, this wouldn t be an issue. We have filed a claim with the BBB and will soon be suing this horrible company!

Filevine is a very powerful Client Management System but it has a bit of a learning curve. However, once you "master" the platform it allows for very precise reports and workflows. In all honesty, customer service was not great about a year ago, but they have transformed their customer service department. Once your firm, like my firm, develops a good business relationship with a customer service rep, it is smooth sailing. For example, representative Dan Dutilly is knowledgeable, patient, and willing to go the extra mile. Our experience, in the last 6 months, has been excellent. Our team has done Zoom web trainings with them and Dan has been a great facilitator in coordinating a 30+ team. I would recommend Filevine if your firm is data driven.

After spending 18 months comparing case management systems, my law firm began using Filevine about a year ago. I can honestly say Filevine has transformed the way our Firm operates for the better! One of the best aspects of Filevine is its ability to customize and automate nearly anything. Even if you just use the "out-of-the-box" features, you've got a case management system that's better than any of their competitors of which I'm aware. The Customer Success Team is really good, too. Rob reached out to me to make sure my firm was maximizing Filevine's value in our practice, and I very much appreciated that. He set up some additional trainings to make sure that we could utilize some of the more advanced automation features, while also making sure new employees got the on-boarding training they needed. Filevine talks about building long-term partnerships with its customers, and from my experience, they mean what they say. We're a firm with less than 10 employees, so the fact Rob reached out to make sure we were getting all of the value we can out of Filevine speaks volumes. I believe Filevine understands that by helping us maximize internal efficiencies, helping us deliver an excellent experience to our own clients, and helping us maximize Filevine's value to our firm that they're serious and committed to our success. Lastly, one of the things I like most about Filevine is that they haven't rested on their laurels. Every year (and sometimes throughout the year) Filevine introduces new features and options that exponentially increases Filevine's value. Some new features and options build upon existing strengths, while others are new and add a whole new horizon to better practice law. This commitment to continuous improvement and investing in new features shows me that I picked a great partner in "future-proofing" my firm.

Our Firm has been using FileVine for atleast 2 plus years. We absolutely love the features of File Vine. Our liaison Rob is easy to work with and always there when we need some assistance. I recommend FV for any size law firms!

Our law firm invested in File Vine approximately a year ago. The initial integration was overwhelming and a serious time commitment; but we are so grateful we made that investment. Who would have known a pandemic would cause File Vine to be our greatest hero! The company seems to have transitioned customer service team members and our current liason, Dan Dutilly, is TOP NOTCH! He is attentive to our concerns and needs. He is a quick problem solver. He follows through and fulfills the commitments the company has made to us. He hears our concerns and I am confident takes those back to the company so that they can continue to evolve and improve. Best case management software to work with. As a case manager I have used other PI software and I must say that this is the best software I have used. This software helps me keep track of the case load, medical expenses, deadline reminders, document generation, among other amazing things. I hardly encounter issues with the software and when I come with questions Kyle and his team always get back to me to give me an answer or a solution to small issues. The system works perfect and I always look into the new features/updates to be a better asset for the clients, attorney and colleagues. Thank you Filevine for making my caseload easier and timesaver.
