Our law firm invested in File Vine approximately a year ago. The initial integration was overwhelming and a serious time commitment; but we are so grateful we made that investment. Who would have known a pandemic would cause File Vine to be our greatest hero! The company seems to have transitioned customer service team members and our current liason, Dan Dutilly, is TOP NOTCH! He is attentive to our concerns and needs. He is a quick problem solver. He follows through and fulfills the commitments the company has made to us. He hears our concerns and I am confident takes those back to the company so that they can continue to evolve and improve. We highly recommend File Vine for any plaintiff personal injury law firms and are excited to see how this software will help us grow.
