WARNING!!! Do not waste your time with this company! Terrible customer service and extremely expensive! We never even received a working product from them and they still won t give our firm our money back! Next stop, complaint to the BBB!

Update: We still have not gotten our money back. This company is the biggest rip off!! Do not waste your time or money on this software!!

Update 3: Still nothing, now January 2020. I would strongly suggest using another company for your office. Filevine is absolutely the worst company you could choose. Unless you like loosing thousands of dollars and hours of your time. If they would do the right thing and refund our money, this wouldn t be an issue. We have filed a claim with the BBB and will soon be suing this horrible company!
