It was full to capacity with little kids. The lanes, and computers were really outdated. It wasn't terrible, but I don't think we will go back. Had to use a seven pound ball because all ten pound balls were gone.

Bald guy named joey was really rude I asked for bumpers to be out up for my 12 yr old niece and sister for her birthday and he said there's no way they are 12 because they had there hair dyed and lipgloss on! It was ridiculous asked to talk to the manager pat and she also said no bumpers after talking for a while he agreed to out the bumpers on and while we played a older lady at least 21+ because she was

drinking alcohol had her bumpers up next to us the management was very disappointing and me and my family will no longer come we came every week 2 a week and this was the only time we had a problem!

Most pairs leaving rubber on balls as they dont clean the machines as good as Cactus bowl. Lane 26 kept dropping pins. Lights above 27 and 28 where out. Many bowlers want to go elsewhere next seaon. We pay good money and maintenance is low priority. I wont be back next season. A month the same lights above 27 & 28 are out. It takes a half hour and $15 for a new ballast. Where's the maintenance around here?

Great bowling alley. Many lanes with brand new systems that makes it a lot of fun. Bar and food available. The nightly deals are great. So check which times are best. Customer service is amazing.

Excruciating waits for service at the main counter and drink counter. Will never oot for this location again. Also think it is ridiculous that you have to go back up to the counter (and wait in the longest line ever) to add bumpers for the kids.

I have been bowling here for some time. I have bought a couple balls from the pro shop, I have done the kids bowl free program with my family and have thought about joining a league as well but with the way I have been treated as of late never again will I bowl here. The last incident was my breaking point. My son comes to bowl here on Friday's for a after school program, so I decided to go and bowl a few games only to find out that after 5:30 they will shut down the lane on you for leagues. I understand that they have these but no one told me beforehand, when I spoke to the manager about it all she told me was I'll let her know she needs to tell folks. I did not get a apology for the inconvenience. My advise to anyone that wants to come here is ask before hand or they might just shut off the lane on you , and if you want any help from management don't expect to get it.

I've been a regular customer for over 4 years and this has been my favorite bowling alley forever.

Having said that there's a reason I am leaving a 1 star review.

I came in last night ( Friday, December 7th) and was treated very poorly by an older man wearing a white shirt and some new girl working the front desk. Both of their attitudes were very poor and almost disconnected from the customers. It seemed like they didn't care about their jobs or me as a customer.

Ive been coming here every Friday for a very long time and I have never been helped my these employees and it was sad to not see the regular people working the front desk.

Honestly 90% of the reason I come here is because Patrick, the usual front desk man, has treated us so well. I live directly next to another bowling alley, but I come here for the people and their service that I get from them. I could go anywhere else in town, but Patrick keeps me coming back.

If my experience next Friday is the same I don't think that I will be returning to this alley. Heck, if my regular people aren't there anymore ill just turn around and walk out.

Fun place to take the family or to go with work work. Food and drink options bar is limited so don't get to fancy. They have recently updated the lanes and now they have computers for score bored that can help fill the time between turns

Bad food.

Pro shop was super whack... 50$ to drill the ball and he used the plugs from my old ball! Not the best experience with pro shops! Now the staff in the alley was great! The front desk clerk and snack bar was full of customer service which picked my rating back up.. in the end, bowling there is good fun, going into the shop is overpriced and you don't leave with a good feeling that you were taken care of

I haven't been bowling in years but it's always fun with kids. We went on a Sunday afternoon about 2 and found it busy with other families. The only issue we had was with how long it took to order drinks and snacks. It took at least 20 minutes, probably 30 to get beer and French fries. We had to wait nearby for the food to come up bc there is no system to announce it's ready. The building was clean, the equipment worked with only a couple snags. Good place to spend time with your family and children.

My wife and I had a day off and decided to hit several local spots to check them out. Fiesta Lanes was one of them. This is a really clean and fun place to go bowling.

When we arrived there were a couple dozen senior citizens bowling, in what I assume to be a bowling league. It looked like they were all having fun.

On the far right side of the lanes, kids were enjoying themselves in the 'bumper' lanes.

My wife and I got our shoes (Velcro, which were easy to put on but left my feet a little loose in the shoes.) The first thing you do is set up your avatars in their animated scoring system. Which is a hoot. Be careful, if you're not paying attention (as we weren't) your partner's photo may end up on your avatar.

We had a great time here. We'll be back. Hopefully we can find a place to do some candlepin bowling in Tucson! Anyone know if that exists here?

When I presented a coupon to the douchey beard guy at the counter he told me, "oh its cyber bowl." He had stopped talking and failed to elaborate that this means shoes are free. I gathered this meant she couldnt honor the coupon. So I said oh I can show you the email, it doesnt exclude cyber bowling." (Pause while I pull my phone out)... long story short the guy allows me to go on this rant and when Im done talking he says, "the shoes are included". Ummmm... you couldnt say that when I was pulling out my phone? Or when I was looking up the email? Then I saw him make a smartass remark to his coworker that had made a comment on sports to build rapport and stike a conversation. I hope this guy isnt management. Pretty sorry example to set either way. Im bowling tonight but never again.
