We landed here after Bedroxx messed up the birthday party we had planned. They wouldn't "hold" the lanes for us, and told us it was first come first served. We rushed across town to find out that the front desk guy did indeed keep a 3 lane area "reserved" for us unofficially. Thank you for helping us save the party, and not crush a little kids Birthday.
