Went for a wedding in a few of he conference rooms. Clean, plenty of parking, decent catered food. Pillars block view on the 12th floor conference area, and no water fountains to be found really, but nothing prevented me from having an awesome time

By far the best hotel I have stayed. Me and my girlfriend were lucky enough to be upgraded free of charge to the club room which is the top floor. But the coolest part are the elevator believe or not they are super fast.

Lost our room reservation buffet was terrible for $28 I was better off at McDonald's would not.

The room was nice, the bar and food was great but parking in a garage in the back is very scary for a single woman..

When in northern NJ or Rockland/Westchester NY, this our preferred hotel. Easy access to Rte 95, 87, 208, 4 to go just about anywhere including NYC. Great hotel, lobby, restaurant, gym.

Good place for wedding celebration and accommodation.

Massive hotel, free parking, all the necessary amenities needed of a hotel/event center. There was a wedding there the night I stayed, and the hotel bar was bumping til 3am. 5 stars in my book.

Stayed at the hotel for a wedding everything was perfect. Food was great at the restaurant and great housekeeping

Hotel from the 80's, Full Service hotel that you can tell use to be a hip place. Today it definitely is dated but for the area one of the better hotels that has all the extras.

Pros: Great beds. Bottled water every day. Indoor pool. Bar.

Cons: Parking, it takes a few to walk to the garage. Very limited vending, couldn't get an oj to make a screwdriver. Slow drains.

So I usually like to stay at this location because of the easy drive to and from work- against the traffic. I usually request a higher floor for the view in the reservation also. The last time I stayed here it was lovely, the room was nice and the check-in people were very nice. This time, though- I was not as happy. First and foremost- I got in late, and my room smelled like the previous occupant had smoked in it. (asked for a non smoking room). Non smokers- you get it, right? I was so late and tired, I didn't complain about it- I just put my stuff away and sprayed something. :D Today I went to get a pepsi and and to fill up my ice bucket- the ice machine was broken, and the pepsi came out of the machine spewing with a hole in it, and I had to get another one.....I called the front desk and told them what happened, and that I was not as happy with this stay....he was pretty nice about it- offered to send me a pepsi- but I had already gotten another one. (He didn't ask why I wasn't as happy with this stay.)When I told him that I had a pepsi and didn't want another, he said "okay" and quickly hung up....
He wasn't concerned about why I wasn't happy, and I guess he believed all I called about was the pepsi and ice machine....he certainly did not ask questions, or care about what else was wrong. The only reason I gave any stars at all on my review is because of the work staff- they are so friendly, and go out of your way to smile, answer a question, or just say hello when you walk through the hotel. Should have I complained or said something? Probably. Should I have to complain or say something? I don't think so,.. ......oh, and my view. Well, I'll let you decide if you would like it....this was the whole front wall of windows in my room, and what I woke up to every morning....not exactly what I would give someone who asked for a room with a view. :D

Love the room, hotel is really nice. Staff are not too welcoming and are rude. My reservation was canceled on the app, called and put me on hold for about 5 mins. Comes on the line and said I was alset that it was not canceled. Forgot an item in the hotel and they gave me a run around. I do not live around here, I live 4 hours away. They were talking about I would not be able to get it till tomorrow due to something being in a safe in house keeping.

Great time with the kids- other children there on the weekends to play with in the pool

A very nice hotel. We really enjoyed the food and service at the restaurant. This was our 3rd time staying here.

Fantastic club lounge. Wine and cheese after 6pm and a full breakfast after 6am

Did not stay at Hotel, was visiting company in the complex. Current parking is awful with deck repair.

Oddly small rooms for a hotel in the middle of nowhere. The parking situation is terrible and very unsecure. Felt very unsafe walking to the hotel from my car to the hotel. Poorly lite gargae as well as bad lighting in the outside parking lot.

Excellent hotel. Would recommend to anyone looking for hotel in the area. Well worth the money.

Good views, clean rooms, comfortable bed. No ice machine on my floor and vending machine out of order. Friendly staff, clean pool and gym.

The facility was absolutely stunning, the food was magnificent and the staff was attentive.

This hotel needs upgrade soon, room shows wear n tear, beds are uncomfortable.

I attended a work event and did not take part in any amenities.

Great for family.

Looks great from outside but beauty is only skin deep. Staff tried to be helpful but is slow and barely serviceable. Front desk sometimes doesn't pick up phone. Bar isn't open reliably. The place needs repairs and fixing from the broken windows and escalator to damaged windows, ceilings and entrance way to the inoperative TV checkout system. See my pictures.

Be aware - the doors are paper thin, and you can hear every sound from the hallway, no rest At all, and such a major design failure after multimillion innovation.
We went to the pool, it was no security, few. Couples hAd drinks in a glass bottles/cups, one couple smoke , even after we report it to manager nothing was done, they asked us if we can find security - really?
Another major problem, even the website said the breakfast is included it is not. We call to hotel to make a reservation last minute after we find a last minute deal posted on hotel website /expedia/google and few more. Over the phone we can not do it( few transfers with holds) and then they told us just come in . We check in the clerk was nice and efficient, he honored the deal price, but he never mentioned it is not really a deal , they just minus the breakfast w/o telling us.
We check in ,and then we call re breakfast, and the breakfast is additionally 20$ per person , the manager was extremely rude, and didn t want to talk , he just said no breakfast and hang up.
Make sure yo ask if you have a breakfast before making your reservation, don t assume the website provide you with correct info. Be ready to wAke up all night to due to major design flow, and stay in pool with glass and people smoking. Otherwise hotel looks new, if you are not asked to use back elevators, because main elevator can not manage number of people needed it .

Good location. Clean rooms. But somehow we did not get internet access. Dis not bother complaining. Bed is too soft.

Well maintained. Was there for a wedding event and it was well managed

The rooms were not sound proof, we heard doors slamming the whole night, my husband and I did not sleep at all. Aside from that, there was a party of teenage girls who were screaming and banging on the door at 1 am. it was a horrible experience

Great show, great weather, great friends,great time. See you all next year.

Large, beautiful hotel. Fountains in pond and lush surroundings.

This passed May, we celebrated our daughter's graduation from law school, at this Sheraton and we couldn't be more satisfied of everything about the hotel.

The hotel itself is gorgeous, the staff wonderful, starting by catering manager Felix Hidalgo, who worked with us all steps of the way to have a beautiful party for our daughter and guests who still talking about the party. Dora the waitress' supervisor was highly accommodating and with a wonderful attitude as well as all personnel. Food was delicious, as well as all the exquisite desserts.

Thank you so much for making my daughter's party a success!!

I don t write a lot of reviews so this is special this place was amazing for the value, Breakfast buffet was excellent for what you pay to get the breakfast it s such a good value with all the different things that they offer.

Room was too small and they couldn't provide more beds. Walls were thinking and we heard the negihbhors tv.

Well the entrance and grounds are beautiful. That's where it stops, unfortunately. We were there for 2 nights and the elevators worked on final checkout day. For the 2 prior days we had the honor of going into the utility area and riding one of maybe two service elevators! I had read they had this issue over the months, but I couldn't believe it was still the case. We were going to a wedding and waited 12 minutes for the service elevators to arrive. The room was suppose to be 2 Queens, but was 2 full size beds and small at that. Clealn and decent, but between elevators and wrong beds, it ruined the stay, hence one star. Sorry, but it is what it is, there were several other choices that we could have made, but hind site is always 20/20!

Had a corner room on the 19th floor, odd layout. Seems like they are in the process of updating, its a big hotel so I can't complain about that. The air in room was slightly stale. The guy that did checked in, energy was off, asked way to much questions. The rest of the staff we encountered were great. There was some type of event with kids and of course they were above us. Not a bad stay.

It was amazing! I had so much fun in the pool! (Not to mention it was heated )! Also the rooms were so luxurious And this was probably one of the nicest hotels I ve stayed at!! And I m only a kid so.... lol AWESOME ELEVATOR OMGGG!!!! So kid friendly, the breakfast was on point! Loved it all I might be coming next week to stay!!

I had the pleasure of officiating a wedding yesterday. Outstanding food and service!

Stayed here for one night. The hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable, but it was the service that was excellent. Antoinette checked us in and she had the best customer service. We will definitely return.

Nice hotel, only problem was they said they had washer/dryer for guests but there's one for the whole hotel. Dryer is held together by duct tape and after 3 attempts clothes were still damp.

Parking lot and road leading to hotel is horrible and full of potholes, gravel and debris, makes it seem like property was abandoned for 40 years. Once inside I searched the entire area for a place to sit and not one lounge chair in sight. I got a Terrible feel about this plaxe. Hope I never have a reason to go back.

Awesome location. Beautiful interior design.
BUT very rude and unprofessional staff and services. I was really surprised that they could not give me hot water at 11:15 pm as if I'm asking for something special. The attitude of the service staff was poor and impolite... He made it sound like a huge favor he is doing to me... Just for providing hot water!!!

Conference room was nice for the day long company meeting
