Hired and Fired. Nov.2013 I was involved in a industrial accident. I told my employer that I would like to see a MD. My employer made arrangements for me to be seen at a local clinic. The MD requested a MRI and advised my empolyer that I needed to be put on modified work duties. The same day, via e mail, I was notified that I had been terminated as I could not perform my duties due to my injury, and I was considered to be an independent contractor. "Really"

These characteristics were what I was looking for in legal representation She answered my question that she had extensive trial experience. It did not take long for me to know I had made the right decision in selecting Ms Stillwell and her legal team to represent me .Thru this long ordeal the team kept informed and involved in the entire case. My former employers chose to stall and delay thru various tactics . During this period I was able to observe Ms Stillwell's skill in performing depositions which played a key role when my case ultimately went to trial.
In 2019 Ms. Stillwell's team and I prevailed in a 12- 0 jury decision.
After the trial jurors can Q&A with all attorneys. I personally watched 6 women jurors approach Ms.Stillwell's team They stated that we enyoyed the trial, your legal mind and court room presence was surperb. The way you where able to paint a clear picture of this case was excellent. If we (being the 6 female jurors) are ever in need of legal representation for being mistreated in the workplace you are the one we are calling!
