All my doubts have been explained with transparency and concrete data because a good seller does not sell so much to sell. They made me come back a second time for a test drive that was not granted to me. "the test drive is bound to the budget", which first of all does not seem to be true given that I had already done a test drive without a quote and, secondly, having to choose the machine as a company benefit would not have made sense to make a quote. Probably for the receptionist to carry out a test drive for a customer who will not buy one of his machines but could still choose the brand that sells, it is not a good investment: 45,000 of the machine against a few tens of euros of the test drive (including nuisance given that there was nobody in the dealer and there were time and people available). All while I was accompanied by my pregnant wife: it was also quite evident that I didn't want to waste anyone's time, nor did I want to lose myself: I will choose BMW. If already the Italian brands can leave disadvantaged compared to the German ones, a sales force of this type certainly does not help.

I purchased a new Jeep Renegade at the end of January 2018 and I was issued with a temporary registration certificate (without reason as I produced all the required documentation) valid for 90 days. In a few days I will no longer be able to move and I cannot get in touch with the automotive practices agency in charge. It doesn't seem like a serious thing for everyone (dealership and agency)!

I arrive at the dealership after seeing their ad for a 124 abarth online. After wandering around the salon a bit to look for it alone (it is a machine that is no longer in production and so I was looking for it among the used cars), without success, I decide to ask what looks like a salesman (introducing yourself is definitely an option apparently useless) who was running away for the cigarette break (moreover carried out with other colleagues right in front of the doors of the salon almost to hinder customers, what a beautiful figure! congratulations to those who manage the structure) that once explained with 2 words what I was looking for liquidates me with a "for Fiat you have to go upstairs" with a disconcerting education. I'm going upstairs. Again I look for the car by myself without success and after a while I decide to ask at the reception where a girl welcomes me who obviously immediately makes me understand that the colleague from before gave me a wrong indication as there are only cars on the first floor new. At this point, I describe the announcement found on the internet a bit irritated, but nothing to do ... the answer is "what we have is exposed", a bit like the market so to speak. At this point I take the door. But in the car I decide to call the number listed on the online advertisement. Space in via Ala answers me. and ask for information. With great kindness they answer me to come and see the car, even though no one seems sure that the car was actually in the salon. After 2 phone calls to convince the switchboard to pass me a salesman, one of these finally takes the line. We agree, he would call me back once he made sure that the car was actually visible and let me know as soon as possible. It's been 4 days, but unfortunately nothing to do.

I decided to report this experience, but unfortunately it is not the first time that I happen to have to do with this salon and the script is always the same, people either very poorly prepared or uneducated who certainly do not encourage you to buy anything, let alone a car. A little bad! luckily they do not deal with a very rare product and finding machines similar to the ones they exhibit is not difficult. I recommend looking elsewhere!

I managed to buy back the recently stolen Giulietta, paying the same price for a MUCH more beautiful car: I got a Sport ready for delivery with beautiful accessories, thanks to the professionalism and kind help of Roberto Antelmi. Needless to say, I regretted having bought the first Giulietta in another dealer where they treated me in a very bad way compared to Spazio. I really appreciated the delivery of the car as it was made and the small gifts: a beautiful book case with Alfa emblem and a trousse with triangle, scraper and jacket. A serious dealer, with kind sellers and where the customer is treated as it should. Finally the most important thing: the car is beautiful.

I was very well assisted both in the bureaucratic and contractual part and in the practical part of the purchase. The staff fully supported me in scrapping the old car which had some bureaucratic hitch. I will certainly recommend the Spazio dealer for professionalism and competence.

I put 1 star because you can't do less. I purchased a fiat 500x with a thousand discounts, including coupons, tire change and whoever has more, put more, too bad it's just fried air. For the moment nothing to say for the workshop department, which in my opinion is the only one who is saved, but the part of the salesman is not, at least as far as the seller who managed me is concerned. For me you can also fail, before buying another car you go on foot. Don't get spoiled by a thousand talks and bonuses, that convenience is only for them, they don't give you anything!

I went to Spazio to browse through the many machines on sale. I was looking for a versatile, compact car, but at the same time I had a limited budget.
The seller Edward has been able to grasp my needs and has proposed me different solutions for the purchase of the Fiat Panda and together with my partner we have chosen the most convenient for us !!!
Excellent salesman and great staff who followed me in the following days for all the documentation needed to collect the machine.
The explanation of the gentleman who assisted me on the day of the retreat was also excellent (unfortunately I can't remember the name).
I would recommend everyone to go to this point of sale ..all very professional !!!!

The seller with a Neapolitan accent, already annoyed even before I asked him politely if I could have a quote regarding a 595, verbally attacked me telling me that he was not there to waste time and that I was offending his profession, because after the poor evaluation of the my car to be given in exchange I confided to him that perhaps I should try to sell it privately. I have never been treated like this anywhere. A round of applause to the second-hand personnel manager who immediately remedied me by assigning another seller and made me a better evaluation.

Bad experience. I change the car after 13 years and the service is disastrous. But let's go in order. In early August I go to Spazio intending to change cars, taking advantage of the fact that my car is old, of the eco-bonus, the scrapping campaign and the Fiat discount for employees' family members. I choose a Lancia Ypsilon 1.0 hybrid ecochic. The seller (who arrived immediately as soon as I set foot in there) shows me the model. I like the car, let's discuss the details for the purchase. He immediately offers me the financing with the fixed installment formula of 175 for 36 months and change of the car at the end with a new one of the same level. In short, I would take home a car with 9,900 against a list price of over 15,000. I accept. I print the FCA estimate with the agreed installment plan. On 16/08 I received an email from FCA with the contract and I see, to my great surprise, that the installment has "risen" to 226, which is roughly the normal installment without the 36 month promotion. I immediately contact the seller, who reassures me by telling me that it is only a prospectus, that FCA must show the customer the tan and the taeg but that the installment will be the agreed amount. Not satisfied, we personally go to the dealership and we are reiterated the above. In addition, we are given a form filled in by hand by the seller, countersigned by me, which he keeps in copy, stating the amount of the installment always agreed. On 27/08 I withdraw the car, even there with some problems because the booklet had not yet arrived by mail on the 26th ... Another alarmed message to the seller ... According to them, the email was sent to me on 11/08. In short, they send it back to me and I quickly take action to get insurance (and thank goodness I have an insurance brother-in-law). Yesterday the icing on the cake: I received a welcome letter from FCA with the amount of the installment which of course is ... 226 euros! I go to my FCA and see a nice rate plan all for that amount ... Another message to the seller complete with a photo of the FCA page screen. "Look, it seems strange to me that that installment is reported to us if in fact I don't have to pay it ..." Another reassurance "lady look, it's the practice, to calm you down tomorrow morning I send you the dry form where you will see that the amount is 175 ... ". This afternoon he calls me and says "Madam, I'm mortified, I made a mistake in entering the loan ... Now he has 2 options: either I cancel this loan, but I have to leave the car for 1 day, or leave the installment as it is and in 3 years he does not pay 1,500 for scrapping. But look at 226 per month for 3 years he would pay 1,800 ... Well, I railed as I have a few times, I made it clear immediately that I would not leave his car and that he will have to solve it for me, otherwise I will give the file to a lawyer. He assured me that he would solve it, but given the outcome of his previous assurances, I do not have much confidence. We will see on 10/09 what installment will pass. he tells me that in 5 years doing this job, it had never happened to him ... Either I am particularly unfortunate, or I have found an incapable salesman. Maybe both ...
