I only went in twice.
On the first occasion 6 months ago I had to buy my car, and I was looking for a cheap and comfortable, so to speak, Seat Ibiza, Ford Fiesta, Toyota Yaris. An agent made me different quotes for new and used, prices never lower than 9000 for the used. The car had to buy it by force with the financing formula of 5 years and then you can replace it. Leaving out my personal opinion about it, the thing that bothered me most is that the seller was insistent stating that this mode was the most convenient of all. I was hesitant, and he also tried to explain to me with savings schemes, but seeing me so indecisive, did not understand how I was not willing to buy the car with this formula being the most CONVENIENT for him, painting me as a " ignorant "because I do not know finance and I could not understand how much I would have saved, in front of me in person. This thing has irritated me a lot.
Last week I went back to buy the car for my partner. I was oriented on a Toyota Aygo, so as soon as I entered I went to a seller and as soon as I presented, I explained to him why I wanted an Aygo, having already a budget of 10520 from the parent company. As soon as I said my price, the seller (a boy in beige coat) interrupted me almost bored, saying exactly "ah well at that price buy them, I would buy it right away" almost as if it bothered him and I I was inventing those things. There I pretended not to do them, then when I asked him about similar alternatives he replied that he had nothing. I was stunned by his way of doing, almost as if he were bothering him .
Just to be precise, I greeted the guy and after a few meters I went to an older and therefore more experienced seller. I gave him the same explanation, and instead of answering me like the last one, he told me that Aygo did not have any, but instead he gave me a nice offer for a Peogeut 108! This means that serious and available sellers from Space maybe there are! We just need to find them.
For now I can only say that on 2 times, I have both encountered incompetent and arrogant sellers, and it is their fault if I went away without even considering their budgets.
My advice is: Turin is full of dealerships and full of sellers who want to work, your dream car seek it elsewhere.

The place is very nice and full of beautiful cars but beyond this appearance I had the impression it was a place where more than cars are sold financing, I found a very full of himself seller who offered us a loan that seemed tempting but in reality after all it was a guillotine that forced you to change car or refinance it all the time, slipping into a vortex with no exit, but the thing that made me most irritated is that when I asked for a normal loan I was ignored and when it finished counting and I objected that it was not what I had asked for. This salesman with a teleshopping mimic told me that the traditional loans are finished and are no longer used and also with a visibly pre-packaged smile he added "you are still thinking about this so is the last ", my 20 year old son looked at him as if to say" are you taking me for a fool? " ............... needless to say we got out of there and went somewhere else where we finally signed a normal contract with total financing for 48 months and patience if we have to wait there 'car 3 months but at least we got the transparency we wanted from a salesman who didn't treat us like we were suckers

Honestly, the experience did not start very positively. I went to this dealer imagining it was a multi-brand. In reality each seller sees the prior garden and not beyond it, therefore not being able to advise any other cars present in the dealer. The worst thing was when, at my request for a car with an automatic gearbox, a salesman replied that he didn't know and would try to see the cars on display, pick one and then go and tell him. Indeed, their system did not allow them to choose, but I found the answer out of place. In practice they don't even know the machines they have, if you don't know what you have you don't know what to sell. Much kinder was a second seller present in the external exhibition, who showed he knew the cars of his area, recommending some models. You need to be lucky enough to find the right seller.

I brought the car to them for a breakdown. After checking him out, my mechanic tells me that the problem is the defective petrol pump, the rest is all ok (battery, starter etc ...).
I bring it from Spazio, because they are under warranty with them on Monday 17 July. They tell me they would make a diagnosis to understand the problem. 3 days go by and nobody contacts me. Thursday 20 I call for information, they tell me that they have not yet checked it and that they will do it in full swing.
Towards evening they call me saying that the problem is not only the petrol pump (which they must order) but also the battery (strange since as soon as I brought it it worked perfectly) and they ask me for 140 euros to replace it.
Fortunately, the pump is passed to me under warranty.
To date, the pump to be assembled has not yet arrived on July 25 and they have told me that maybe it will arrive on Friday.
The moral of the story is without a car, vital for the work I do.
I would have preferred a little more seriousness towards me, since I trusted them to buy me this car.

Now I retreat to bring out:
80 euros for diagnosis
140 euros battery
tot. 220 euros

A somewhat high figure for being a machine still under warranty.
One year warranty with them + another 4 years with Mapfre.
Car purchase November 2016.

They force you to do their financing, I start from Genoa to go and buy the car, once you get there try to get involved with their financing:
machine cost 17.800
280 for 36 months = 10,080 (they say they are services that you pay for helmet and warranty type insurance coupons)
After these 36 months that I spent 10,080 I wanted to redeem the car I had to give him 16,000 euros total 26,800 euros on a car of 17,800.If I didn't want the car anymore after 36 months I had to pay 4,000 euros then 14,000 euros and you didn't have a car.
At that point I said no I pay half immediately and half financed normal do you know how he answered me? No no I don't do it you get the financing then come here and pay me the car ..
THE MACHINE DID NOT SELL ME !! I did 300 km for nothing !!
Be careful with the funding they offer, you will always be close to their rules!

PROFESSIONALISM AND COURTESY ARE NOT AT HOME. I recently took my RIAR and Alfa Classiche certified Alfa Romeo Spider from 2002 (Limited Edition - Ginestra Yellow) to the workshop for a problem with the hood. Since I knew it was a complex problem, I had already checked the moment of the acceptance that the workshop was able to repair it and the answer was affirmative. I explained in detail to the operator, which I cannot name for privacy, the two defects that had to be resolved
1) motor releasing hood and hood cover LOCKED, not broken: therefore only to be unlocked
2) opening / closing motion of the hood not complete due to one of the 16 sensors (common clicks) not working.
Less than two hours after the car is admitted, I receive a call from the operator in question, saying that everything is irreparable and that he cannot do anything as the parts of the car are no longer in production. I return from Spazio in order to clarify the fact, but I am treated in a superficial and hasty way without the slightest care (also considering the particular type of car). Being an FCA employee, I know for sure that the procedures related to After Sales PRECISELY say that a premium customer (jeep, alfa romeo, maserati) CANNOT be postponed. home without the resolution of the problem: even if the pieces are no longer in production, there is a flow to follow (certainly expensive, but I would have paid ...).
Back home, I notice that the scooter hadn't even been unlocked (about 15 minutes), so a first analysis of the extent of the car's problems hadn't even been done.
I immediately contacted the After Sales service in FCA to communicate what happened at Spazio. It is unacceptable that the level of dedication to an Alfa Romeo car is so superficial! I am a car collector and it is the first time that such an episode has happened to me.
I WILL BE DEFINITELY BAD ADVERTISING IN ALL EUROPEAN ALFA ROMEO CLUBS IN WHICH I AM REGISTERED.
