It is the second time that I buy a car at Spazio, it is impossible not to find the model I like. I exchanged my old car to buy another used one and despite having changed my mind on the new model, I was fully satisfied by the seller Pietro Mastonardi. I was also satisfied with the preparation of the car, delivered as if it were new and the competence of the delivery person Luca Zanellato.

SECOND EVALUATION:
After a month that I collected the car I had a small communication problem between the control unit and the gas one, which is not detectable with the PC. Promptly resolved by the Spazio workshop where apart from that I have already made my positive assessment, but my praise here I do it again to the seller William Repetto who promptly highlighted several times the urgency of the repair despite it was no longer his duty to do it, this what has a name PROFESSIONALISM!
So anyone wishing to evaluate a purchase can trust him personally, it's worth it!

I'm on the second consecutive purchase for an Alfa Romeo Giulietta and, in addition to reconfirming the positive things I had found the first time, I can say that further progress has been made as in the delivery phase of the vehicle which is now much more personalized. Even the after-sales service and workshop have always been efficient and courteous. To want to be picky the only "lack" concerns the management of non-programmable interventions: for example, you lock the trunk lock and it takes at least two weeks for someone to verify what it is. To be fair, I must say that it is not a peculiar problem of Spazio but common to the entire assistance network (FCA on Turin in this case), however, it remains an unpleasant fact. However I have recommended and continue to recommend this dealership (at least for the Alfa Romeo part), next update three three years.

Hello, I am a Spazio customer since 2009 and one of the reasons why I purchased 2 cars was the excellent service that was offered to me by the assistance. It is no coincidence that I used a verb conjugated in the past tense as this service has gone, over the years, to degrade until today I have lost patience. I explain briefly: I have to make a scheduled coupon, I called to make an appointment, as has been happening for some time now, no one answers but you have to leave a message in your mailbox. I left three of them and no one deigned to call back. Annoyed by this behavior I called the switchboard where a very courteous young lady (I don't name her for obvious reasons) made a commitment to call me back. About two hours later I was called back by a lady who, probably annoyed by the fact that she had to call an annoyed customer back, treated me sufficiently and with detachment making me feel like a real jerk. I called to speak with the manager of the workshop to whom I wanted to communicate this inconvenience but in full Space style I only left messages that are regularly disregarded. Now if this is the style of a dealership that prides itself on having skills, professionalism and courtesy, I think that you have not understood very well how the smoke turns. I don't expect answers (so much the Spazio style is not to give them) but I hope that my outburst serves to improve (and believe me it doesn't take much) the lack of attention you have towards people who have the misfortune of becoming your customers.

To which my Uncle and I look at each other only without wasting even a comment, the Uncle leaves in search of an interview with the guys at the entrance and to the question "Can I ask for a car?" One of the three answers only "Say" greet it becomes utopia in that place, when asked "We will look for a car not to spend much as a second car from 5000 to 6000 " the three look at each other and the guy from the "Dica" almost mockingly replies "No, look here only from 7000 upwards I'm sorry . " To which I look at my uncle and without adding anything I just say "let's go". I look at them and I thank them and obviously as if nothing had happened they start talking and laughing among themselves. In the face of the crisis, if this is to want to take back maybe someone who commands in that place should control the work of his company a bit better. But I say we went in search of a used car on 6000, which could also have become something more, I did not say 600 that perhaps could have bothered, crazy is unbelievable.
