My experience Space City of the car in Turin was very positive. Mr Di Di STADIO was very kind and available to me to satisfy my questions and curiosity, having also contacted him by phone before the delivery of the car. Nothing to say but positively for the one who explained the various functions of the car, even if it takes more time to acquire all the information. As for me I would recommend to acquaintances who would like to change the car to make a trip with you. However on the new car it seems to me to be on another planet. Best regards.from Giorgio Grassi. An open and very large place, structured on several floors, with a large outdoor parking lot full of cars of all types and of all prices and colors. On the second floor there is even a small bar, as well as two machines with water, coffee, coke and various drinks on the ground floor. The structure has various spaces, all numbered, and for those who enter here for the first time it is quite distracting: luckily the staff was kind enough to show us the correct entrance! But I did not understand one thing, which I found a big flaw: when an acquaintance of mine had to go here to perform a service on his car, precisely at 9 in the morning, as soon as we arrived they suddenly told us that we had to wait until at 3 pm before being able to collect the car. This fact bothered me a little, not having warned before, but luckily we didn't have any commitments in those hours. I just hope to be notified first next time!

More than positive experience. I certify what has been declared by the company regarding travel reimbursement and the solution of a small inconvenience despite the km away. I recommend to everyone, even those who live outside the region. First-class excellence, attention and care for the customer despite the size of the dealer. I purchased a 2017 car and it was delivered to me as new. I have been their customer for 7 years and 4 cars; huge and huge place, even if there is less and less choice of machines, especially km0 or company ones compared to 3/4 years ago ... unfortunately my trusted salesman no longer works there and as always they say they are the workers that build customer loyalty; since this time they have done everything to lose me! Too bad for their politics.
They have become jackals, they only aim to sell you loans and leases, with usurer rates above 15%, I chose a 13,500 car and they wanted to tie me up for 8 years with a lot of services, credit card insurance, loyality cards and at my request that I did not want all these things I was told absolutely that it was not possible; pity that by contract they were all "optional" services and insurance !!!
But the worst of the worst happens when the seller falsifies your signatures on contracts or when you are not satisfied with the car and you ask to adhere to the formula advertised on their site "satisfied or change car" and with a thousand ridiculous excuses they refuse! I lost 4 thousand euros but now I no longer have any ties with them and I took all the papers to my lawyer!
Do not let yourself be fooled by a thousand speeches and bonuses, that the convenience is only for them, they do not give you anything!

We ordered the car in July by setting a price and choosing to pay in cash by choosing to scrape our old car. After 2 interviews with the one considered to be the best seller and therefore everything written in black and white and after being continuously pressured to buy with financing, which we obviously did not accept, November arrives and the car has not yet arrived. We call to find out if they have any idea when it might arrive, but during this phone call we are told that he no longer intends to collect our car because we had no intention of financing and consequently modifies the contract excluding scrapping. But it doesn't end there. tomorrow we are told by SMS that we have to add another 2000 euros because he was wrong. Obviously we did not accept and therefore we had the contract canceled after 4 months of waiting. In many years of experience in buying cars, we have not seen any dealer, not only take back their word, but deny a written and signed contract. ... Now we have been without a car for 4 months and we will have to wait another 2 as we buy it from somewhere else. We were forced to put the star otherwise it would not allow us to publish.

Only financing and lising, I wanted to buy a 14,000 car and they necessarily wanted to tie me up for 8 years with a lot of services, I'm not saying it's a wrong formula and I'm fine with the proposal but it was not what I wanted even if I understand that buying with cash goes against their interests. The unbearable insistence. It was like being a foot loocker. In the end I had to go somewhere else because I couldn't stand the guy who pretended I had to think like him.
