Scott was on duty as my normal Service Advisor Bobby was out the day I showed up. I still got my two recalls knocked out in less then an hour while I waited. The whole Superstore has great people!

Lance is an amazing sales consultant! He was extremely patient as I took my time looking at SEVERAL cars. He took the time to listen to me to find out exactly what kind of car would not only be perfect for myself but for my whole family, pup included. I use the drive up Express Service to maintain my GMC Pickup. Since I bought the truck at Ferguson about 3 years ago, I get a great discount on my oil changes. Like all the times before, the Service Advisor, this time it was Anselmo Carrasco, met me at delivery point, made sure he understood what I needed and took care of the process until it was ready to go about an hour later. Its always a courteous, clean and professional experience.

We recently purchased a new Ascent, after a long time deliberating between the other 3-row SUV's on the market, and couldn't be happier with our purchase experience. While it wasn't the deciding factor in choosing the Ascent over the other options, the vehicle speaks for itself, working with Ferguson Subaru was by far the best dealership experience. Our sales consultant, Chester, was knowledgeable and particularly refreshing to work with after some of the sales people we had dealt with. We'll definitely consider any of the Ferguson dealerships for our next buying experience, new or used.

A little rocky at first but Sean Clemons help to see it through. Couldn t find the advertised discounted Soul at first, he called back after finding it. Turns out it had some damage and we went to a new model for extremely low pricing, considering the searches for used with miles we were finding. When I was ready to buy my new pickup, I knew exactly what I wanted and contacted 3 dealerships online. As I knew what was a reasonable price to pay; I had already arranged for financing through my bank.
As I live in rural area of the Texas/Oklahoma panhandle, I was prepared to drive to get the best deal. From the start, when I found the pickup in each dealership's inventory, I told them what my trade in pickup was (sending them pictures when asked), the pickup in their inventory that I was interested in, and that my financing was already approved.
I also was honest that I was talking to other dealers, but the 1st one that could get me to a trade of my preset amount would get my business.
Ferguson was actually the furthest away for me, but Keveh Adib treated me like I was his only customer. He was able to get me to my trade amount in a very short time.
So, I told him we had a deal. The other 2 dealers sales called within 5 hours and they too had reached my deal price, but I told them they were too late. Because, I had actually contacted them before I reached out to Ferguson. I reminded both of them of the terms that I had laid out from the beginning. One stated that it wasn't his fault because he had been waiting on his appraisers so he offered to reduce the sales price on the pickup so more. I told him that I had already given my word to the dealership that I was going with and my word meant everything to me.
Kaven Adib earned my business with his time is of the essence approach and he didn't pay games with me about the price. I respect and appreciate the way he did business with me! #carvay

Have bought cars from Ferguson in the past and had no problems, however I recently bought a Buick Tourx and found that they won't honor the warranty The car has a Driver confidence package for $1725 that lists a wireless charger.. Well, the wireless charger doesn't work and they won't fix it under warranty They will fix it if I will pay a couple of hundred dollars. They said it works for some phones, just not mine. Have had some friends try theirs and it just doesn't work. Maybe there is a phone out there somewhere that it works on, but that doesn't help me. Again, for just a few hundred bucks they can fix it!! If you are buying a Buick go to another dealer, one who has full warranty coverage, not partial.

Mike Mellor was very helpful in helping me to decide which car to get, my husband and I ended up getting a 2020 Kia telluride. Mike took the time to sit down with us in the car and explain how every button and every feature worked. Overall Ferguson was very transparent and upfront with their pricing. Mike was very patient with me (I ask a lot of questions) and he made sure to answer all of them for me. All in all my husband an I had a THE BEST car buying experience we have ever had. 10/10 we would buy from Ferguson again.

I bought an as-is vehicle from this place just before the new year. Not two weeks later, my wheel broke off from my car while I was on the highway. I have a hard time believing that something this simple was not checked and could have killed me and my two passengers. I tried talking with them about helping me recover my car but they strung me along for a week before telling me there is nothing they could do. The reason I am mad is not because they couldn't do anything, it's that I was swept under the rug for a week before telling me tha . And when I came back to see about buying a replacement wheel they told me it was going to be $200 to $600 FOR ONE WHEEL. It is clear to me that these people have no intention of taking care of their customers once they drive off the lot.if you want to buy a brand new car, I bet they will take care of you. If you are looking for a used car, you will want to consider something else.

Before I ever went to Ferguson Kia I received an email from Mike Mellor with an attachment for a car I had looked at online. I had been considering another vehicle but once I saw the video Mike had sent me, I decided to wait and look at the car I ultimately purchased . We set up an appointment and Mike was right on time . We went for a test drive and the car grove great . At that point in time I decided to purchase the Honda CRV. Mike and Jordan in finance were very courteous and made me feel comfortable . Please read til the end. I dont like giving negitive reviews but feel this one is warranted. Our salesman was wonderful. David Schroeder was the only pleasent part of our experience. Traded in our previous vehicle and they didn't pay it off completely even though that was the agreement. They went to our previous creditor and picked up our lean release after we paid the previous vehicle off and never told us they were doing so. We have been waiting on the lean release for 2 weeks and when we contacted said creditor is when we found out Ferguson had went and picked it up. Contacted Ferguson about the problem and was told a copy would be emailed immediately. Still have not received an email. Called them numerous times and can't get anyone to rectify the situation. It's terrible such a great sales person works for such a shady business. This all happens on a 2017 Yukon Denali XL after we drove 2 hours to purchase a used Yukon that they took to the auction before we got there to look at it. It has been one excuse after another with them. After looking at other reviews on this page it seems they want to thank you if you give them 4+ stars and only a few 1 and 2 star ratings have a response from anyone. Would recommend going elsewhere if customer service is important to you.

I am beyond happy. Kylie, Will, Christian and Mike all made the process smooth, upfront, pleasureable and it was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The staff is friendly and genuinely excited for you when you are purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle.
