I use the drive up Express Service to maintain my GMC Pickup. Since I bought the truck at Ferguson about 3 years ago, I get a great discount on my oil changes. Like all the times before, the Service Advisor, this time it was Anselmo Carrasco, met me at delivery point, made sure he understood what I needed and took care of the process until it was ready to go about an hour later. Its always a courteous, clean and professional experience.
