I found a Mercedes Sprinter on eBay that Ferco Motors was selling at auction and I began the negotiation process with Jorge Palmera. I felt that Jorge was being honest and forthright with me and eventually, we made a deal. I flew to Miami from NM after arranging financing the following week. While there were some delays in getting the financing to Ferco, the ownerslet me hang around and I got got see the operation as an observer. I would have not hesitation in buying a car from them again and I saw that all of the employees felt respected and were valued. They are an honest business that provides quality used vehicles, specializing in exotics to buyers all over the country. I drove the vehicle home which is over 2000 miles from Miami and I could not be happier with the entire experience.

Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I've been trying to purchase a vehicle from them for over two weeks now. They never returned my call or email request for payment options. Never had the decency to say the car was currently under contract. Woke up this morning only to see the car was removed from the site. Very Unprofessional. Jorge stopped responding to my emails and I found it extremely rude. I'm never the one to write bad reviews but I've got time today.

DONT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE FOR TO BUY USED CARS... first there cars are over priced second they lie about there warranties they even lie about the price you agreed on and dont listen to none of the good reviews thats on here thats just them trying to make themselves look good ...they also lie to banks about your income to get you approved

These folks and I agreed to a purchase price for a 2010 lexus ls 460, but I live in NH so we agreed to have me pay for an independent mechanic to check it out first before we shopped it up here. My hired mechanic said it needed an alignment, so they got it aligned and my mechanic was to drive it again just to confirm the alignment was done properly. They told me my mechanic was not at work on Monday to do that quick follow up test drive, and they then sold the car to another dealer that same day and didn't even have the courtesy of telling me until i called the next day to confirm all the details. So they went back on their word and our agreement big time. They are not trustworthy. They also told me the car was totally clean. Turns out both the front and rear bumpers had been sprayed. Ferco Motors was not truthful about the work that had been done on the car. Please do not trust these folks, and if you must do business with them you need to verify everything with an independent mechanic.

They sold me a car with a busted transmission pipe, replaced a part on the vehicle that wasn't compatible with it and caused more issues. Went back on what would be covered under the purchase ( tax tag and title) and instead are stating that they insisted they mentioned it would be charged separate but was one of the main conditions on buying the car was to have a certain price and to have these fees covered with that price. When following up on these issues I was given a weak apologies followed by I can't help you.

TL;Dr if you value working with someone who's word is their bond, who's honest, and overall willing to help DO NOT GO HERE!

This place is a joke. We bought a car cash didn t give any hassle. They were suppose to Order a back light and have the registration ready and month later no one knows anything. The so called manager doesn t follow up with anything. Let s not forget we had to deal with a man named Gustavo who smelled like an old pack of cigarettes. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I ll make sure to tell the 10,000 viewers I talk to online everyday that this place in Miami is a joke.

My friend had a terrible experience with this company. I highly recommend using another dealership.

I called 3 times to confirm a specific car was still available and on all 3 occasions I was told that the car had not been sold and to come in to test drive it. (The specific associate I spoke to was Jorge). After going out of my way to drive to Ferco, upon getting there I was informed the car was already sold and then they tried to sell me on something outside of my price range that I had no interest in looking at. I don t care that the car was sold but I do care that my time was wasted without a second thought. I personally wouldn t recommend this auto dealer to anyone.

Jorge was awesome from start to finish. I reached out to him about an M5 he had on his lot. He was very friendly, open and uber transparent throughout the entire process which was different. I've never encountered an honest car salesman before . I was very satisfied with our purchase and the experience in general. Worst auto dealer that I have ever experienced. Came with friend to check some cars and wanted to test drive few cars. They asked me if I had money and if I am buying today. When I said no I am not buying today they told me to come back when I have money (I am buying for my friend, I drive ML350 2015).

I had a very bad experience. I bought a vehicle with them, they said everything was fine with the car so I asked for a carfax, they didn't deliver it to me until after signing all the documents, because the vehicle had been crashed.
The biggest problem arises when I realize that I was being charged more money than the initial amount and nobody knew how to explain to me. But worst of all, they never reported it to my credit, I went to the office three times to make the claim after making about 15 calls in at least 2 months, promising that they would fix everything to which it was always a lie.
I would never recommend them.

I experienced the best service at Ferco Motors when purchasing my vehicle from out of state. Matt, Francisco, and Frank were sooo helpful making my experience very pleasant. I received photos and videos of the vehicle being that I was purchasing online and everything was exactly the way the website and videos were shown to me. We completed the paperwork in less than 1 hour. You can definitely rely on Ferco Motors for a honest and professional business transaction when blind buying a vehicle or going into the dealership. I bought a 2004 Jeep Liberty sport from Ferco Motors about three weeks ago. The sales man was really nice and the manager was super nice as well, I was told by the sales man that the Jeep had been thoroughly inspected and that there was nothing wrong with it. I purchase it and everything is fine when last week I m driving down N Miami and all of a sudden the Jeep starts to sway all over the place. I pull over and check the tires, all is fine. So I check underneath the rear of the Jeep and see the stabilizer bar rusted and snapped and on top of that several parts are also rusted and potentially a safety hazard as well. What kind of inspection did they do on the Jeep and how could they sell it to me with those safety issues. I call Ferco Motors after I saw the broken part and inquired about them fixing it and they said they would install the parts, but I have to buy it.
Ok given the part is $60, but that s a part that should ve been fixed prior to them selling it and I m sure I will be having to replace some other parts that are rusted in the near future too.
When it come down to it the rusted parts should ve been inspected more thoroughly and replaced prior to the Jeep being sold and I shouldn t have to buy the part for something that shouldn t have been broken. Even though the Jeep was sold as is .
Word of advice is always inspect the undercarriage of what ever vehicle you buy used from any dealer.

I was lucky not to have been driving on the highway when the part broke because the Jeep would ve flipped.

We went with my boyfriend to see a car and we took a Toyota Corolla 17 and he has 3 accidents and the car is damaged is giving us problems and they do not want to help us and have treated us very badly we need ayufa

My mom's car was totaled after 3 weeks without a car we decided to stop renting since the guy's insurance company was giving us the run around. She decided she didn't want to buy a new car, so used car it was. And since we didn't have a lot of money since the issue isn't resolved our best bet was to find a used car in good condition. I was getting scared with the ones people were offering her through her friends.

Anyways, I went online and found a car from this dealer, checked the CarFax (said it had 3 accidents) and decided to call and maybe see it in person. From the moment I called it's been a great experience. I spoke to Roger G (ha! sounds like the phrase "Roger that" lol). He was very welcoming and friendly so ended up going the same day. Checked out a few cars in the lot and I was in shock by how new the cars looked were even if they were used. I'm not used to getting used cars, so I was a bit nervous and was expecting the worst. I called everyone on the Carfax to double check if there was any work needing to be done but the car was well taken care of so it made me feel good to hear it from them (I'm a girl with automotive background so I check every detail). But they pick out really good ones from wherever they get them from and they price them lower than all the other used lots in the area. I picked out a car and they were upfront about the cost since I wanted to pay cash (all prices online are cash price everywhere btw/fyi so don't get surprised if you want to finance or try to haggle). I met almost the whole office and they were nice to me and my mom. I decided to buy it the next day and as they were washing the car they heard a noise I didn't even get to hear and the owner, Joaquin went above and beyond to take care of it without me even mentioning it. Right there I knew I had chosen the right place because it's shows the owners and people there care about you and not just about selling. I even went over the shop and was even more impressed with the condition of the car from under. Roger kept me updated for the two days (it was over the weekend) they even fixed the key that was loose and we closed the deal yesterday, Tuesday.

I took the car to my shop this morning and the boys were really impressed with the condition and the price, so I'm now sending people over as a thank you. The only thing I have to get fixed in the next few weeks is the door actuator of the front driver door and a bushing in the steering wheel and I just did the alignment at my shop since the repair they did was part of the wheel area and I'll maybe have to get a key done to be safe. I feel extremely confident & happy with this purchase and the way I was treated. Thank you guys again for my first used car experience! :)

My son purchased a BMW 2002 from this dealership one week ago. Less than 12 hr's after purchase the car broke down on the Howard Franklin Bridge in Tampa. We have tried numerous times for a week to contact the dealership and the Sales Manager whom continues to "lead" us on. He has said he would pay for the repair(which is basically a new engine!) but keeps telling us the"check is in the mail"! Now he is not even returning our calls.
My son is without a car now.Spent his hard earned money on a BMW which you would think was a above average vehicle! This is a moral issue. Do they not have any morals? We are aware of the law in Florida of "as is" vehicles. But this is beyond the law and is totally irresponsible on their part. Please be aware this dealership is selling cars without warranty and it's deceptive practices.. We are going to contact Channel 7 in Miami ASAP.. Really,Ferco?? 12 hr's and the oil pan has a crack??? I think you knew that when you sold it!

I would say, their ads are clickbaits. They will offer lower prices to attract people, then several hidden fees will appear to make it worse than what you thought.

I was looking at their 2014 Toyota Sienna. It was advertised at $8,500. While talking about a price breakdown, the sales person told me they have a dealer fee ($700) and a document fee ($700). I know dealers charge a dealer fee which is usually $400 - $800, but what is a documentation fee? And why I need to pay that? They said, this is the courier charge to send your documents to DMV office. This is not fair. A courier charge is not more than $10.

From the cargurus listing, I see that this particular vehicle is there for Nine months and still not sold. I don't know what's wrong with the vehicle or with them.

Since I just bought a 2013 Chevy Cruze from them, this review will only be based on my experience with the service. The car does look great and, Jorge got me a great warranty so, I felt very confident driving off the lot. I worked with Jorge over about a week starting with some text messages. He was very patient and answered my questions. I was originally looking at an older car but, after working out the numbers and what their bank could do, Jorge pointed me into the Cruze. He was great the whole time during the transaction. Personality isn't something you see when dealing with used car dealerships (most of the time). Jorge made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. I picked the car up the next day and, although Jorge was off, he made sure that everything was taken care of. He had Victor aware that I was coming in. A few things that really made me feel great about the purchase. I bought new wipers and Victor put them on right away for me when I showed up. The other thing is small but, no other dealerships do this. They put new floor mats in the car. Maybe a small thing because of the cost of the mats but, it shows that they are aware of how the small things can separate you from the competition. I will recommend them to anyone looking for smooth car buying experience. If the car ends up being as good as the service, I'll be back again. Thank you Jorge and Victor.

You should buy your next car from Jorge Palmerola- at Ferco Motors. Here s why: I never thought I would ever buy a used car- but Jorge was highly recommended as an honest and professional salesman. And he did not disappoint.

We found the perfect car- at a reasonable price- in great condition- Jorge made the transaction so pleasant- that I have since recommended him to my friends and family.

And since my purchase Jorge has continued to provide me assistance with my car. He is truly a gem and if you re in the market for a nearly new car or truck you absolutely need to visit him before giving your money to a big dealer or one of those Car Max places.

The experience i had with them was amazing. I've bought 3-4 cars over the years and had to deal with dealer's costumer support, but im telling you they are wayyyy to friendly in a good way its amazing when you walk in the attention they give you is great. I'm very happy with my car and it was super fast, i always hated having to seat there for 2h trying to close the deal but when i went there it was less than 40mins. REALLY LOVED IT!!! I would recommend for anyone to buy a car there or at least check them out 1st they wont disappoint u. My uncle bought a ford focus back in 2004 and still has it, so wat that told me is that the condition of cars there and how well u take care of them it'll last for a little too long.

Do not i repeat do Not purchase a vehicle in this dealership they are a complete SCAM and unprofessional. They lie about your income in order to get banks to approve your loan. When i came here to buy my car they said i was approved a loan from a bank i never heard of, and turns out no bank approved my car loan after all . on top of giving them a 3000 down payment they made me pay the first monthly car payment to them when they were not my LENDER !!
