Very honest and Roger my salesperson really helped me get into a nice outfit. I wasnt sure what I was looking for, so Roger gave me great suggestions and I got a nice car for a very fair price. Even my bank told me it was a great deal! Thank you Ferco Motors especcially Roger!

I am incredibly happy with my car! This is now the third vehicle I purchase from Ferco Motors and it is safe to say that this is my go to dealer. All three of the cars have been great. The first one was over 7 years ago which I still have, the second was 6 years ago (I also still have), and my recent purchase makes 3. The staff is very professional and extremely patient. No pushy salesmen which is a big plus. I drove out of Ferco Motors with a big smile and a great deal!

2 year later, I want to add that my last purchase was still an incredible deal for a great reliable car. I haven t had any issues with this car.

I was so happy that I went back. My husband and I now purchased another car from Ferco Motors (that makes 4 cars). I can honestly say that none of the 4 cars ever gave me any problems.

As I have been in search for a new vehicle and reluctant to purchase just anywhere, I was extremely overwhelmed with joy to find the vehicle I wanted at Ferco Motors. I purchased a 2012 Acura TSX without any hesitation. Overall, my expectation of this transaction went smoothly as I was approved immediately and at unexpected rate which was one of my concerns. As well as the vehicle came with manufacture warranty. Therefore, I went to the Acura dealer to make sure internally my vehicle had not faults. As a first time buyer ,I can easily say I could have not made a better decision to purchase my vehicle at Ferco Motors. I would like to thank the staff for making it possible.

Unbelievably HORRIFIC DISHONEST service. Salesman outright LIED to me about the condition of the car - saying it had been inspected by mechanics and was in GREAT condition. As an out-of-state buyer - I believed him. THE Car has about 15 things broken or going bad. ENGINE Stalls, Front END Feels like its going to fall OFF, THE CONVERTIBLE Top DOES NOT WORK, The arm rest and various other obvious things broken. It is a piece of JUNK!!!!!

NOW 3 MONTHS later and over 100+ Calls, texts and emails to THEM, They PROMISED over 10 times to fix the problem. NO RESOLUTION. They are greedy, liars and have no respect or any remorse in fraudulently selling a car.
Manager ACTUALLY offered to "HELP" by quoting me a 90K mile car, with a total sales price, excluding trade and cash at over $23K - a car valued at $15K!!!.

They are the plague.
Stay AWAY AND DO NOT BUY. They don't back up a sale with customer service, and tolerate Lying in MAKING A SALE.
PLUS, the bank DOES NOT HAVE THE TITLE yet, avert 3 MONTHS!!!

I HAVE RETAINED LEGAL COUNSEL, FILED A COMPLAINT with the BBB, Calling Media outlets in Miami, contacting Florida Attorney General, Dade-Broward Count District Attorney because of fraud and an illegal "Dealer Fee" of $650!!

FERCO MOTORS IS WHY USER CAR DEALERS ARE CONSIDERED one of the most untrustworthy and conniving people.

We had to drive four hours to get here, and we would do it again. Steven K and Jayson C took phenomenal care of us. Buying a used car can be so frustrating, and this was refreshing to be treasured with such respect. Top to bottom, great service. The process took a while, but they were so good to us that it was worth the wait.

I went to look at the 2 vehicles I liked I was told the were sold 1 yesterday and another today I asked to see vehicles under 6,000 I was told they only had 1 car for 6,000 even though the inventory has a 10,000 and under cars i was not offered to see any of them ..

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They are all about the sale and not honest about their transactions. I would never recommend them and wish I could give them a negative rating. They called me the next day after getting the vehicle asking if I want a vehicle and calling me John. My name is not John and didn't even realize who I was until I said my name. They don't track who they are dealing with and don't give full details on pricing. Then lied about the maintenance done on the vehicle just to close the sale. I told them to run the credit just once and they ran it about 4 times with other lenders after I already got approved with the first. I will NEVER purchase another car from them.

Busted!! They lied and tried to bait and switch all in 5 minutes!!!! Run dont walk away from this dealer. We drove 40 miles in 25 minutes to see a car that oops was in the computer, but somehow just got junked!!! No thanks!!! Disreputable.

I worked with Jorge at Ferco Motors via a web purchase. Jorge was polite, respectful and answered many texts over the course of several weeks at all hours of the day. Its not unheard of for customers to say that once the money is transferred that the service stops but in this case he continued to assist with minor details to make sure the vehicle arrived at my door. Jorge is a good guy.

I went with the intention of buying a vehicle. Besides receiving my vehicle as a form of payment, they asked me for an initial payment that I did not have. I left the place and after them call me and be persistent we returned. They had sent us everything about what the payments would be like and on returning they told us that they had made a mistake and had quoted a different car. They were friendly but they make us waste our time because of mistakes of them and in the end leaving empty-handed

If you buy a vehicle from this place make sure to mention GAP insurance they do not offer it to you this is a must have for any vehicle. Si compras un carro segurase que tenga GAP seguro no te vallas sin el.

Wow! This company really puts their customers first. I never walked into a dealers office and not feel the pressure, but the honesty and Helpfulness myself and my boyfriend felt was great. I recently bought a civic coupe 2 door and couldn't be happier with the process. I had moved to Miami two weeks back was hunting for a used car all over the city to find a good and reliable deal. Make sure to use the right oil when doing oil changes on these cars.. Ferco doesn't put enough oil or the right oil in their BMW's. If you can't pay i'm sure with social media and some nice bad publicity more than 9 grand of business will be steered away. Oh and the sales manager leaving feedback on his own google reviews? This is just getting started... the real fun starts soon.

I was an emotional mess after totaling my Honda Civic Si a few weeks ago. I did not have much cash in hand after payback from insurance. Anyway, I am a Honda lover. After weeks of dealing with very unpleasant experiences with 4 other dealers and driving hundred of miles all over Florida to find another great Honda, I found my hatchback at Ferco. BLESS FERCO!!!!
These guys are so approachable, easy and I did not feel they were pushy at all. They did not try to upsale me or make me feel that what i wanted wasn t good enough to get me in a more expensive vehicle.
They had a great product at a fair price. They took a lot of time to help me get the best deal with poor credit, when in an emotionally hard position.
Although they were busy I felt that they gave me very individualized attention. I was not rushed. I felt welcomed and I was not a big ticket buyer. They even picked me up from the rent a car place . I know this is weird but I felt like they cared for me like big brothers. They seem kind to all their staff. Just all around very comfortable experience. I highly recommend them. I drove 4 hours away to get the car that i ve always wanted. When I got there the customer service was excellent. Rafael was very helpful and I was able to get my car with affordable monthly payments. They also have a great selection of car options as well.

About a week ago, I bought an used car from them. The company is not like those small company that only have 3~4 people working. The salesman named Jorge took care of me and he is pretty friendly n finally we made a deal.
The only thing is it takes a little bit longer then usual due to the documents n the creditors. Plus I have to go back the next day to finish it up. Overall, I'll still give a 5 stars for it n hope they will keep up the good work.

I hate buting cars because it feels as if everyone is just trying to make a sale. Noone ever cares about how much u can pay or why or when or how. You arent a person you are a number. I had alnost thrown in the towel when I called Ferco Motors and spoke to Roger. He was very real and was interested in what I had to say and how I felt. So I made an appt and went in. They have the friendliest staff and when I had to leave to think about it, they didnt hassle me. They never made me feel as if i was just a number to them. They told me "I will take care of you" and thats exactly what they did. I am very pleased.... I will tell everyone that I know that needs to borrow a car to go to Ferco Motors. Just bought a car on June with this dealership with the help of Alex Rivera, and I have to say I would recommend him as a sales representative. He speaks Spanish.

Sold me a BMW 328i with 70k miles on it told me it was in perfect condition. That same night I got pulled over for a taillight out. They sold me a car with a broken taillight and less than 5 months later I need the entire engine replaced. I ve barely driven it and have gotten oil changes on time. My car has had several oil leaks, constantly shakes, and continues to misfire even after I ve replaced the spark plugs. Very shady company buy at your own risk. When I confronted them about the issue they said they can t help me and that they would charge me for every mile I drove in the car if I wanted to give it back. Very unfair. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

Entire purchase was completed on-line. Jorge was excellent to work with and stayed in constant communication. When the vehicle was delivered to my home, it was everything it was advertised to be. The team at Ferco Motors was great to work with. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them or refer someone to them.

My wife and I purchased a beautiful 2010 Lexus ES350 with 23,000 mi from Ferco motors last month. The dealership isn't in the best part of town, but the property is well maintained and safe. The salesman "Sammy" who worked with us was very helpful throughout the buying process, as we were traveling back and forth West Palm Beach to finalize the purchase. The finance Manager was also very helpful to us, he diligently worked with our Credit Union loan officer to finalize the loan. The owner was very nice, and personally thanked us for our business. We have had the car for a month now, and it drives beautifully and still looks brand new. W We appreciate Freco for offering us such a nice car with low miles at a competitive price! People have to realize that things may go wrong with car, so make sure that you cover yourself with an top notch extended warranty if your are purchasing a luxury vehicle.

Car in pictures was different when in person, wheels and taillights were put on owners car. Bumpers had scratches that needed to be fixed. William and Gilbert agreed to price on car and contract was formed. Upon waiting for car to be ready, I called to find they sold car to someone else as is condition. Bottom line poor business and a shady operation. With so many car dealers in Miami there is no need to go to this place.

My cousin's husband worked at Ferco and sold me a Nissan Altima for my oldest son. The Altima turned out to be an awesome car so I went back for a car for my younger son. Big mistake!! When I asked for my cousin's husband I was told by a guy called Willy that he was no longer working there but that he would take good care of me. He sure did! He sold me a 2006 Civic that he said was a clean car. Thinking that I was dealing with honest people I bought the car for my son. What a huge mistake!!! The car needed a clutch which I was told would be replaced with an original Honda clutch. Turns out it was a cheap after market part. When I took the car to my mechanic to have it aligned, he showed me where the car had been in an accident and why he could not calibrate it. When I ran the Carfax, the "clean car" that Willy and his manager Luis sold me, had not one but three accidents and obvious frame damage. Three of my employees were in the market for used cars and my first words to them were "Do not buy from Ferco Motors!" I paid over market value and was sold a car that belonged in a junk yard. Thank you Willy. Thank you Luis. You lost out on two, maybe three other sales thanks to your unscrupulous way of doing business. Buyers beware!!! This place is a junkyard/ graveyard of frame damaged heaps. Do not even waste your time in visiting here. I got screwed and didn't even get a kiss. They get a one star rating because the system won't accept any lower.
