Since I just bought a 2013 Chevy Cruze from them, this review will only be based on my experience with the service. The car does look great and, Jorge got me a great warranty so, I felt very confident driving off the lot. I worked with Jorge over about a week starting with some text messages. He was very patient and answered my questions. I was originally looking at an older car but, after working out the numbers and what their bank could do, Jorge pointed me into the Cruze. He was great the whole time during the transaction. Personality isn't something you see when dealing with used car dealerships (most of the time). Jorge made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. I picked the car up the next day and, although Jorge was off, he made sure that everything was taken care of. He had Victor aware that I was coming in. A few things that really made me feel great about the purchase. I bought new wipers and Victor put them on right away for me when I showed up. The other thing is small but, no other dealerships do this. They put new floor mats in the car. Maybe a small thing because of the cost of the mats but, it shows that they are aware of how the small things can separate you from the competition. I will recommend them to anyone looking for smooth car buying experience. If the car ends up being as good as the service, I'll be back again. Thank you Jorge and Victor.
