My wife Carol and I would like to take this opportunity to show our gratitude and appreciation for all the hard work and the outstanding job that you and Feathers has done to refurnish and decorate our new DC Ranch home. From the first meeting at your Hayden store location to the each and every update meeting we had during the project we were so impressed with how your knowledge and experience helped to guide us through all the furnishing, fabric, layout and decorating decisions. You always took the time to explain our options and to share your views on the best options to consider. You were also excellent at helping Carol and I reach a consensus when it appeared we were not in agreement and determined to have our respective preference. I think you are very experienced and talented at helping couples reach consensus too! We can now reflect on the project results and say that we are so very proud of what you have done for us and our new home. The designs, colors and unique decorating ideas that you have provided has resulted in a home that exceeds our expectation in every single room. Our family and friends are blown away with the house every time they come to visit. We can honestly say that we highly recommend going to Feathers to anyone remodeling and redecorating their home. The Feathers team is awesome and you will be so proud of the results too.
