I have ordered various parts for our Volvos in the past and this most recent experience was spot on for customer care. I had ordered a part that I believed was needed and I ended up not needing it to the repair on my car. FCP customer service was quick to respond to my email explaining the situation and they promptly returned my payment. Thanks to FCP Euro for being a respectable and honest company, it is very much appreciated. As a result of this experience, I will be sure to continue to order from them in the future.
