This is the worst medical savings account company in the country. They deny almost everything you submit, deactivate your card without notice, and I lost almost $1,400 that I put in because of all the hoops they make you jump through to get reimbursed for your medical expenses. Any company should stay away from selecting this company as a medical savings provider.

This absolutely horrible company. After going through 30 minutes and 5 robots on the phone, you re greeted by a person with the enthusiasm of a captive who s been chained to their chair for 20hours. All that just to have them tell you you don t have an account with them and to talk to you HR. They cancel your cards for no reason, decline multiple claims that have been filed the same way for years, and are a general pain every time you have to do anything with them. Stay away if you can.

Dealing with this company and its partners is the worst experience. When this is done I will forfeit more money then if I would of payed the taxes not including the time it takes to gather the info and submit, sometimes 3 to 4 times before approval if you are lucky. No one to talk with that is reliable. I will be calling tomorrow because of the 5th rejection for the same service that is covered. If these are the companies your employers contract with DO NOT Participate! Not worth the time or the headaches, if you have accounts here switch them ASAP.
The the owner that keeps responding, your address is on the website and so you are associated with our products. Stop with the its someone else. fix the problem or separate your services with your own company. Your division may very well be a great service but the FSA\Dependent Care division will bring everyone down with them, including you.

I love the responses on here that state this company is being confused with another company in Tallahassee Florida. What a crock! You people are the biggest joke in the industry. My day care funds have not been posted for over two weeks, and your reps told me my employer had not sent the money in. Pure lies! Thank God we are done with you!!

This is the most crooked company I have ever dealt...

This is the most crooked company I have ever dealt with. I submitted all required receipts and called when claims were rejected to learn what additional paperwork was needed. I submitted the additional paperwork they requested. The company waited until the deadline had passed to submit additional paperwork to reject a large claim ($1,600) citing that they needed an additional "letter of medical need" when I had already submitted both the original receipt and an itemized invoice as they had requested. This company does everything to get out of paying claims and is highly unethical.

This has got to be one of the absolute worst companies I ve ever dealt with in my ENTIRE life. The agents are rude, the supervisor even laughed when I expressed that I needed my card cleared because my son had several doctors appointments the following week. You call, they tell you to send one thing, and they still deny your claim... and refer you to your insurance company. What do they have to do with my insurance company? The Supervisor told me they don t accept receipts for services given they only accept EOB, that s NOT true, I ve submitted both.
I m absolutely over this company, the horrible customer service, the people they put in charge , and I won t put another dime of mine there. The supervisor did advise me to let my company s representative know to drop this service in October... What a great company rep!

This is absolutely the worst benefits company I ve ever had to dealt with in my life. I have asked my HR to stop using them and pray that they will. The staff are so inept that I constantly have to submit the same paperwork over and over, and spend hours of my time on the phone with them. Every time I get a new email from them saying something was denied, I almost want to laugh because it s so predictable. My only assumption is that claim specialists do not care enough about their work to read the documentation provided. Maybe their default is to automatically deny all claims the first time. This company is pathetic.
