Finally! Someone who KNOWS how to service their customers!! I had never dealt with RP Lighting, but today as another company failed us, I happened to find a number for RP Lighting. I spoke with Ray who was extremely quick to provide me with a price for the product I was in search of. While I was not in a position to order from him today, we will most certainly be contacting him for future projects we may have. Ray provided exceptional customer service and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much!

I was terminated from this company as a Warehouse Manager for absolutely no reason what so ever, no explanation or written documentation was ever given, There were only verbal conflicts and differences of opinion with the executive VP, My main goal was to come in and get the warehouse organized and the RF system up and running, the warehouse was a total unsafe disaster, with no order what so ever broken lighting and fans laying everywhere in the floor and down the warehouse aisles I have never worked in such a poor environment I also was responsible for setting up the newly obtained overstock warehouse in which It was completely successful after my planning and hard work, This executive VP has had numerous issues with past and current employees and he has absolutely no people skills what so ever, I tried multiple times to discuss process and efficiency improvements for the warehouse and staff and each time I was met with an extremely poor attitude! I discourage anyone from applying to this company and working under the direction of the exec VP, basically if he doesn't like you your finished! The CEO didn't seem to care to much about this behavior as well!
