Due to Covid the drive through is PACKED almost every night. Luckily we have started doing online order and pickup and the couple of times we have our food has been out to us in the car in under 5 minutes. It's always yummy and if you are cool ordering online you can get it super quick!

Love Fazoli's! Moved away from Lexington 4 years ago but every time I'm home I stop for Fazoli's. The drive thru line was extremely long as normal BUT I waited in line for 32 minutes. That's a bit excessive. Maybe they were short staffed but I'm giving 5 stars because they handed me a wet wipe for my hands!! That's small gesture made my day!!!

This is fast food. But the staff is very warm and sweet. It was a comfy environment, and the food was very good for being quick eating. I recommend this restaurant for anyone who is super hungry and not terribly picky.. Or for a family who wants quick eats.. A bit pricey for fast food but overall good experience.

Unlike some other fazolis branches in town, this one has consistently fresh and delicious breadsticks. They do a really good job with the food and the staff is friendly. However, the last time I went through the drive-thru, the wait was unnecessarily long for the amount of cars in line. In addition, I could see that the workers inside were wearing masks to supposedly prevent the spread of covid-19. However, not one of them wore their mask so that it covered their nose. This seems to defeat the purpose of a mask. I hope that they have stricter rules about employees wearing their masks properly in the future.

Awesome food, havent had it in years since it closed down in Florida. Great people great service, only thing bad was we didnt get extra breadsticks.

We ate at Fazoli's on Richmond Rd. today for lunch. I must say that Q and T went beyond the call of duty to please their customers. I spoke with the manager, Danielle, and it is obvious it is a team effort for them to strive great public relations skills!!!!

Good food. Friendly staff. An employee named Zack took my order and he was very kind. Never had any issues out of this location.

Ordered to go spaghetti and meatballs with extra meatballs, plus two orders of breadsticks on 7/23/18, but upon arriving home found that I had only received one. Additionally, while waiting for my order, I watched the server Kirsten take another meal out of the kitchen and prepare it in the dining area, all the time licking her fingers numerous times. Luckily, my meal was prepared by another person. I tried calling that same day to speak with the manager, but the phone was never answered, and there wasn't an option to leave a voicemail. Won't be eating here again, that's for sure! Gross!!

I was a little confused when I pulled up to place my order through the drive through and was asked if this baked Ziti was being ordered for today. ?? I'm at a drive through, what did they mean?

The gnocchi soup with an Italian slider is the perfect light lunch on a cool day!

We went to Fazoli s on Richmond road this morning, the door was unlocked so we went on in thinking they were open. They actually did not open for another 30 minutes, but the guy inside told us to go in and place our order & as soon as they were ready they would have it out to us. They had it ready and to our table 10 minutes before they even opened! They were just super sweet the whole time I couldn t believe how genuinely nice these people were. The man that took our order, his name was Chase. He was really awesome & even my son says you should give him a raise. We will definitely be coming back, thank you for your hospitality today we really appreciated it.

Decently small time between order and receiving meal. Quality is more than what you would expect for the price. Good for a quick lunch stop.

Edit 6/22/19: Back again for a great meal. Honestly, this is the best Faziolis I've ever been to. The food is excellent, the presentation is great, and the service is wonderful. I need that breadstick recipe.

We had some great food here. I ordered the buffalo chicken salad and it was wonderful. It's very spicy so be aware. The manager was on the floor checking tables and the workers were absolutely great. We were taken care of. Which I really appreciated.

After standing in line for 5 mind waiting on a server to come it to take my order, I had to find them behind a double for standing there conversing with each other. .. I asked them if they could take my order and one followed me out and took it. After a few mins a asked for some more breadsticks (from the same double doors they were hiding at earlier) and waited 5 minm after they told me they would get them right to me... After another 5 mind I asked yet again for more breadsticks only to get the same reply... And u have to say I finished my meal half an hour after asking for them twice and have yet to get my breadsticks!.... So my review is definitely against the staff not the food, the food is always good at fazolis thank God this one on Richmond road isn't the only one in Lexington! Because I will never stop for in this one again! To the owner of this establishment I am sorry for the loss of 2 good customers but the management her is extremely poor! Without a good manager establishments fail... And I'm sorry but this one is a failure!!!

When the pasta is made the steam drips from the ceiling back in the pasta. Yuck

While this Fazolis is on par with its outstanding food, the service could improve with lower wait times for food. The staff is pleasant, but do not exhibit the same level of quality as the now closed Fazolis near the University of Kentucky campus. The $5.00 lunch here is of incredible value. Fill out the receipt survey and you will be eating lunch for $3.00!

Long wait only to get home with part of our order. Order upcharges, order an extra dozen breadsticks (nearly $6) didnt get. Called spoke with a rude manager. Dont live close so now have to go out of my way just to pick up the $6 in breadsticks.

I visited this Fazolis on Saturday June 15 and, as always the food and service were excellent! Ethan was the cashier on duty and I just loved him! He was so friendly and kept smiling, he was awesome. I had a wonderful experience at this Fazolis on Richmond Road as always! Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

Huge sign out front saying dining is closed due to renovation drive thru is open then you go thru the drive thru and they say were closed, lazy ppl i think theyre open just being lazy smh take the sign down

I came In , was having problems with my card. Robin was so patient with trying to fix it , she went and got her manager toya and she came and solve all the problems I appreciate there help and great service.

Went there around 8:30 last night and stood at the counter waiting for service. No one came to help us even though we heard a lot of laughing and talking going on in the back. Not cool. We left and gladly spent our money at Newk's.

Had issues with orders in drive-thru had one 1 person hold up the line on the inside and the manager nor anyone else open a second line to keep customers moving on. I walked out

People laughing and playing inside. Order often wrong. Tonight our breadsticks were hard as a rock. What's wrong with this place.

Excellent food, as always! The wait took awhile but with such good food I'm not too concerned. The 4* is due to the wait, other than that it was excellent!

Unlike the fazolis I normally attend in Hamburg, this one had terrible service. After 40 minutes a few of us still had not received our food and we had to go to the counter to ask for it. It took nearly 10 more minutes to get it after that. We never imagined Fazoli's service taking so long and had to take our food to go and scarf it down. I received no apologies of any form from employees and am very disappointed.

When they placed the spaghetti in my bag there was sauce inside my bag and the lid on the spaghetti was closed so the person didn't wash there hands.

Fazoli's is often my go-to place for warm comfort food, but now I have another great reason to go. They have fantastic senior meal deals with lots of choices!
