Unlike the fazolis I normally attend in Hamburg, this one had terrible service. After 40 minutes a few of us still had not received our food and we had to go to the counter to ask for it. It took nearly 10 more minutes to get it after that. We never imagined Fazoli's service taking so long and had to take our food to go and scarf it down. I received no apologies of any form from employees and am very disappointed.
