the way she explained what was going on with me was professional but at the same time, I felt like I was talking to a friend...I really appreciate her honesty with me as well.

My name is Denise Lugo-Dutcher, a patient of Dr. Tang.Five years ago, I suffered with chronic sinus infections (sinusitis). I went to Dr. Tang and she suggested Balloon Sinuplasty . I agreed to having Dr. Tang do the procedure and it has been the best decision that I have made.Dr. Tang did such a professional and effective job, that I have not had a sinus infection ever since. I recommend this procedure, because it cured my chronic sinusitis. Am very grateful to Dr. Tang.

Dr. Pantelakos And his staff took good care of a family member, he explained what he was thinking as causes of the disease and ordered required tests. I already recommended him and his office for other friends. Thanks for being passionate and kind.

If I could rate this place less than one star I would. No problem with the doctors at all. Very professional, very good at what they do, but the front end staff and whoever handles billing and payment should be fired and replaced by competent human beings. We were never notified of any balance left to pay until we got to the appointment, and it had to be paid on the spot or else they wouldn't see her, even after I had driven all the way from Stedman to get my mom to her appointment. Thank god I had just recently been paid, or else we would've been turned away. Also, the woman who was handling the check in and the payment was treating my mother and I like we were below her. Definitely going to have a word with whoever runs the billing and payment department at this place. They really need to get their stuff together.

Dr.William Wiggs is the best! Quick, professional and caring. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for old fashioned care this is the office to receive that care. The nurses and physicians treat each patient as though they have no one else waiting. You get the time you need with your provider. There aren t enough superlatives to praise this practice.

They have the rudest management and financial account personnel ever. My bank had an error with a check payment that was made and I ve spoken between Fay. Oto and my bank multiple times since the week before last trying to get everything straightened out. Fay. Oto originally said to send them the information from the bank which I did showing the payment was paid. That wasn t good enough so I was told to send a letter from BOA showing it was paid. Now, I get another rude phone call from Tammy telling me that now that letter is not good enough because their bank is still not showing payment was made. I must make payment by today or acquire additional fees on top of the $25 fee they say I owe. I just spoke with her on a Friday and made a entire balance payment because she said they d no longer accept checks from me. I told her I m waiting on the letter from the bank because they can t just email it to me, it must be sent regular mail. I have done everything they have asked and more but I m still getting harassed by Tammy who says it coming down from her supervisor. I m so frustrated at this point I will pay the amount and fees (even though it was a bank issue) whole my bank finishes correcting the issue. I will be writing everyone I can possibly write to about this situation because they know the circumstances and still continue to threaten me.

My family has had a great experience with Dr. Wiggs. He was personable and friendly with my kids. We are thankful for his expertise and quick solutions.

Very happy as an adult patient of Dr. Pantelakos. He provided realistic expectations and I appreciate that. I plan to continue going for some alternate services.

I was very happy with the service I received. Everybody involved in my care was very caring and friendly. A special compliment to Dr. Emma Bentham. She did the right fitting for my new hearing aids and went above her call of duty. I highly recommend this place.

I have had several great experiences with Fayetteville Otolaryngology. I visited an ENT doctor about 4 years ago then began visits with Dr. Bentham 2 years ago for audiology screening. I now have hearing aids and see her whenever needed but at least once a year. Everyone is very pleasant and professional. Dr. Bentham is very attuned to the needs of each patient and finding the right solution for your needs. I recommend them all the time to my friends.

We always have a pleasant visit. The wait is never long. My daughter absolutely love Dr. Tang. She is amazing at her job she make my daughter comfortable no matter what has to be done. I would recommend her to any and everyone.

I don t like to say bad things but this clinic is ripping off .They bill you what ever they want to bill even they did not do services.The Doctor visit $400 for five minutes, look up your nose over $400.but they can t see anything just draining and request to do CT scan because they can t tell what is going on.I don t trust this clinic, they just want to make money, they don t care about patients.If you don t have money should not come in this clinic even you have insurance but some services they did the insurance won t pay for, so you will get bills.I tried to talk to them about my bills and unsatisfy services I did not get but they bill me, they said whatever I got it done or not they still bill because when I come in for appointment I have to pay that even the visit 1 minute or 10 minute , and pay for when Doctor use equipment even not completed services. It mean they set you up already! If you come in to check your nose it mean you have to pay for nasal endoscopy services even Doctor can t see anything cause draining,when Doctor touch equipment that mean you have to pay. I get nothing done from my services but $800 bill for less than 10 minute to see Doctor and 1 hours for waiting . If the services good and I am satisfied I don t mind to pay this bill but this is terrible experience. Remember if you don t have money should not come to this clinic.

Dr. Bill Wiggs was a fantastic doctor. He and his staff did a very good job helping me feel comfortable and safe in the environment. Dr. Wiggs took time to ask me questions and offer me options. I would highly recommend this office for anyone in need of a ENT doctor.

Don't go to this ent. I went to my appointment with a ear infection and very bad sinus issues. I wasn't prescribed any antibiotics for my ear and was told if the problem persists to call for a prescription. A few days later, my ear was unbearable so I had to call and wait for a prescription to be sent to the pharmacy. I'm a truck Driver and I was in Texas at the time. The doctor was more worried about what kind of big riggs I drove, as if I was telling him a lie! DIDN'T EVER HELP ME WITH MY SINUS PROBLEMS! DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME!

My 18 year old daughter was seen by Dr. Wiggs today. I wasn't allowed to go in with her so I waited in the parking lot. She came out crying and said everyone was so rude to her and Dr. Wiggs was extremely rough with her when examining her. You would think because she is 18 and couldn't have a parent come in that they would have been a little more caring through the process. She said the only kind person was the black lady that came and got her from the line waiting outside. EVERYONE else was very rude. After all of that, Dr. Wiggs told her all he could do was refer her to Chapel Hill. WOW, he has no other options to offer her, just wants to take our money and refer her out! Shame on all of you!!! I wouldn't even give 1 star but you have to to post a review

Started comming here back in 2016 for my youngest son with tubes. Moved away in 2017. Came back late 2018 and my son had some ear problems. The first Dr was amazing. She's not here anymore but we have Dr Pantelakos. He's amazing and cares about his patients. If anybody else in my family has Ear Nose Throat issues or sinus issues we will definitely come back here. Check in is easy. Staff is amazing. Highly recommend.

I have seen DR. Wiggs for several years to clean out my ears for impacted cerumen, plus in 2008 he did my thyroid surgery.He is a brillant, gifted doctor with a wonderful beside manner.His nurses are also very nice and kind and professional.He has always made me feel safe and assured he will take superb care of his patients.He also presents himself in an impeccable manner, always neat and immaculate in his appearance. Actually, he could be on the cover of GQ magazine.The office lady, Kathy, is also very sweet, efficient, and has wondeful people skills.This is a good group out there, they are the best all around, and I hope Dr.Wiggs never retires.

Dr. Wiggs is an awesome person and doctor. He has completed 2 ear surgeries on my son and he is doing great!! Pediatricians tried to say my son had asthma, Dr. Wighs did testing and found he had many food allergies, treated him with a tablet and no more inhalers. I was suffering from monthly sinus infections, he performed 3 types of sinus surgeries on me and i breathe great with so far no more infections. Yes surgery was rough but was well worth it!!! I recommend Fayetteville Otolaryngology and Dr. Wiggs to everyone!!

I have coming to Fayetteville Otolaryngology for 20 years, first when my infant son needed tubes in his ears. The quality of doctor and nurse care has always been and continues to be second to none! (All personnel are friendly and knowledgable!) Saw Dr. Tang today and she helped diagnose some recurring vocal issues. Her professionalism, kindness, and knowledge are fabulous! Could not ask for more!

Because my daughter suffered with allergies, I took her to Fayetteville Otolaryngology for many years for treatment. Dr. Wiggs and his staff were always kind and most helpful in treating her condition, and we were always served quickly and efficiently. Consequently, when I needed a hearing assessment and treatment, I called the office to set up an evaluation. Dr. Bentham became my audiologist and I have nothing but praise for her help for me. I have since referred others to this office. I highly recommend it!

They are always so wonderful at this facility. I have been going for years. Summer is the best ever to answer the phones. Cathy who checks you in is awesome. Wow... they just refused to see my child cause I was not comfortable giving my SNS. I showed them my I'D and medical insurance card. When I asked Mrs. Tammy S. (office manager) who had a very rude and ingorace attitude to write their decision, she didn't instead she just wrote a portion of their office policy.
So absurd that they lost $100.00 For the visit + whatever they would charge to the insurance for few numbers.
I love Doctor Panalakos he is so professional and I feel sad that I will need to find another DOCTOR for my baby boy.
I hope one day the system make
clear to the private sector that Their policy shouldn't go above rights and needs to received services specially if they are allow to pay it and it's a child.

Fayetteville Otolaryngology has a kind, organized, wonderful staff. The facility is extremely attractive and clean. Dr. Blanks is extremely knowledgeable and informed me throughout the entire session. I was very satisfied with the service and they ensure follow ups to check in with results. Dr. William Wiggs had provided care for both my son and me. For my four year old son, he has assisted with removal of tonsils and adenoids as well as insertion of tubes to help his ears. He has had a tremendous improvement in his overall health. I have endured chronic sinusitis, and Dr. Wiggs has been incredibly attentive to my care. From surgery to follow up procedures, Dr. Wiggs and his team truly desire for me to live a healthy, normal life. I appreciate their care and concern.

I was totally scared to death. Had no idea what was growing under my tongue. Dr. Pantelakas was so darn friendly and so was the the whiole staff. They had me feeling at ease in no time and solved the problem just as fast. I will have no problem going back and referring them to others!!

Was referred by my physician. Check in/New patient registration was easy. Appointment went well and nurses and Dr Wigg were all excellent.

Dr. Blanks at Fayetteville Otolaryngology is excellent with children. Dr. Post in the Advance Hearing Services there makes hearing testing relaxing for children. My six year old always has a pleasant experience every visit. Thanks for keeping a check on her hearing. We love the doctors at Fayetteville Otolaryngology.

My appointment was at 9 was told and voice mail confirmation. 30min passed I asked they told me my appointment wasn't till 940 and they tell new patients they tell them one time and book another. So basicly they said they lie to make them wait. I would try and go somewhere else. If thats thier pyolicy. Never before had this problem.look at your bill 286.00 for the office vist and other charges didn't even get done. Out of pocket 82.47. After a bill of over 500.00 for nothing to be done. Crazy.

Dr. Shan Tang and the staff performed my evaluation seamlessly. I got a clear diagnosis and treatment plan. I have confidence in the organization. I'm planning to send my wife to them for ENT evaluations.

Dr Shan Tang is the best ENT surgeon I know. I live in Cary, NC but go to see her in Fayetteville since I know I will get the best care and management. She is brilliant and takes the time to fully evaluate my problem and provide counseling that I can understand. Thank you Dr Tang for always taking the time and providing such exceptional care.

So my 2 year old daughter was scheduled for a hearing test, and she was antsy so we basically couldn't get it done, so the tech said oh we will reschedule in a month maybe she will be more calm, so I said okay, got to check out... the older lady with the short blonde hair didn't even look up at me at all, and all she said to the tech was I can't schedule her in a month, she will have to call... then I pay my copay, even though nothing was accomplished and I'm sure my insurance will be charged too, so I asked if I would be charged next time as well and she said yes. So basically me and my insurance was charged for nothing being done, and the rude lady at checkout did even book my daughter for her appt. I will not be calling back and this practice needs to get rid of the check receptionist....and I feel like I'm being taken advantage paying twice for the same thing. I will not recommend this practice to anyone especially anyone with children. Very dissatisfied with the service and experience. Total waste of time and money.

The staff was patient and kind. Dr Tang was excellent. She spent quality time with me, answered all of my questions, and explained things so that I fully understood. She is very knowledgeable and competent. She also told me what she was doing during every step of the visit.

Honestly, regardless of how nice the Doctors are, it starts to mean less to me when I am frustrated about how long I must wait. Every single time. I was mistaking an hour early and my thought was maybe I will get out faster, nope! I waited an entire HOUR (until my appointment time to be taken back). I think the only reason they did so is because I mentioned to the front desk how long I'd been waiting and that's when I was informed I was early. Regardless of the doctor there is a long wait, I have a son that sees Dr.Tang and I see Dr.Blank. Now I have witnessed people check in after me and only sit for a few minutes and go to the back. I assume they must have a different doctor, but its so frustrating to see. This isn't the 1st time I have waited an hour, nor is it the 2nd, but I can guarantee it will be the last! As good as they may be. It is not worth it. And 1 time I was 15 minutes late and was told I had to reschedule at check in. Wow, really? I could've argued about it, I had to get my kids out of school n all to make the appt. But it is what it is. Sorry, but this is the last straw for me. If you are considering just make sure you don't have the doctors I mentioned. And if you know a doctor that will get you in and out, please share!

Catie Jo does a wonderful job every time I see her! She is an excellent aesthetician and really takes her time to meet all of my needs! I love the monthly specials they offer and come regularly for services!

This was our first appointment at this office. We waited 40 minutes past our scheduled appointment time in the waiting room to even be called back. Then once we were call back we waited another 20 minutes for the doctor. Very disappointed in the wait time and didn t even receive an apology about it.

The nurses and staff at Fayetteville Otolaryngology are fantastic. I ve been getting weekly allergy shots for over 10 years. The staff ensure I am seen in a timely manner. I am sure their care had resulted in fewer upper respiratory infections due to allergies. Thank you all very much.

Dr. Tang is the worst doctor I have ever met. She does not follow good practice and does not listen to her patients, she did not follow the oath to do no harm to patients as I had a very painful procedure done and she stuck all types of utensils down my nasal passages after telling her multiple times to stop , she wouldn t and just laughed at me. Do not trust this women or her practice. I attempted to transfer to a different doctor in the practice and was denied. Please be aware. This office does not care about their patients. Even the receptionist was rude.

Dr. Bill Wiggs has worked diligently to improve my health. He has been very methodical in this process and relentless in pursuing a fix for my sinus issues and inner ear complaints. He got to work quickly assessing my condition, trying medical remediation and then realized i was a good candidate for the in office sinus procedure. With any sinus procedure there is some what of a traumatic anxiety, he walked me through the process step by step prior to the day of procedure. On the day of the procedure, he explain as he work through the process.

I will say I would recommend this procedure and this physician. My health physical and mental has improved as a result of the treatment. My quality of life is 100% better than it was this time last year. If you are a candidate for the procedure talk to him, and really consider the less invasive sinus treatment. I am breathing better, have not had a sinus infection this winter and I believe I am even sleeping better. This is a better way to be.

I am extremely happy with the services that I received from Fayetteville Otolaryngology. My son had recurrent ear infections and was referred to Dr. Wiggs by his primary care physician. Our initial appointment was on a Friday morning at 1015. After his workup Dr. Wiggs understood that my son was in quite a bit of discomfort from his ears and informed me that he had a cancellation the following Monday morning and he could fit my son in.

I called my insurance company on Friday afternoon at 4:30 to make sure I didn't need pre-authorization. I was informed that I did and that it usually took them two weeks to accomplish. I then called the surgery coordinator at the office and she told me that she would get it taken care of. She went above and beyond and called me at 6:55 PM (the insurance company closed at 7) and informed me that she was able to get the pre-authorization and my son would be able to get his procedure Monday morning.

Dr. Wiggs and the staff at the Fayetteville Ambulatory Center were fantastic and caring the day of the procedure and did everything to keep my son comfortable for his procedure. I am very grateful that they were able to help my son start to hear normally again!
