Been going there for over 25 years great Doctors and staff
I can't speak to the quality of the doctors here as we never got that far. This practice requires patients to give their social security number as a precondition of service. In this day and age, when even accrediting agencies can't guarantee the security of information, why risk having your social security number available on a server bound to be less than secure? They had my driver's license, my health insurance card, my address (of 18 years), my employer information so why do they need my social security number? The office manager was blunt--so that they can give it to a bill collector if I fail to pay something. She also said this is "because we are a private company." Okay, lady, since we don't actually have single payer health insurance, tell me what doctors office isn't a private concern! Yet, this is the only one in 20 years to require me to give over my social security number. That speaks volumes about what this office is interested in.
Can I also just say how disgusted I was that the entire time I was waiting (20 minutes beyond my appointment time) the office TV was blaring advertisements for ear reduction surgery for 7 year olds and neck lifts? It really led me to believe before even meeting with the financial lady that this office was going to do surgery on my kid whether or not he needed it just to make money. Seriously, I see some good reviews of the doctors here, but at the end of the day, where does their priority lie if the office is so bent toward reeling in cash? Maybe they do a good job on surgery or whatever, but how do you know you needed that surgery?
Dr. Wiggs was wonderful however I cannot give a higher star rating due to one staff member behind the counter at reception. My children and I were waiting in the waiting area and a staff member scolded my children from across the room to not touch the floral decor. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable not to mention embarrassing for my children to be scolded by a stranger in front of others in a busy waiting room.
I had a very positive experience. The staff were very gracious. Dr. Wiggs explained everything in detail and I left the office with no worries!
Dr. Tang was very thorough and the staff were
All very professional and nice
Awesome office staff... Dr. Shan Tang has been amazing with my one year old... Did surgery and everything seems to be so much better
Dr Tang is always so knowledgeable and explains things so you understand what she is talking about. Carie and staff are always very pleasant
I was referred to this clinic for extreme pressure in my head by my family
doctor. This place was the worst i have been to, I was seen by Deidra Blanks and found her to be the rudest, most condescending doctor i have ever met. She was plain mean to me. I would recommend that if you are
reading this you find another doctor to see. she will be no help to you.
I love this place. Dr Wiggs and Maria are the best. Everyone is kind and helpful. It's nice to go to a doctor's office and not have to wait a long time to be seen. They are very prompt and professional.
Dr.Blanks was awesome. She is very informative and professional. She is really friendly too. I would recommend her to any parent. It was a good visit. She was sweet with my child but most importantly she found a solution to my medical concerns regarding my daughter's reocurrring illness. The staff is professional and also informative regarding insurance policy, etc. I would recommend Dr. Blanks to any parents I know.
My visit was a positive one. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
Everyone one including the doctors are very nice and helpful
Dr. P is fantastic, but unless you are super cool with all things digital including your Childrens medical stuff, don t go. You can t check-in with a human. I don t want all of my families medical stuff online. In recent visits it required payment online, and no payment was actually due. I don t trust their system. And the receptionists tell me there is no other choice but to use their web system. Even when I m standing face to face with them. They physically cannot verbally verify your address with you? That s what they said. Until your world gets hacked when it shouldn t be able to be...you might not understand the need to keep some things private. I honestly feel this stuff should be a choice. Furthermore, don t be early and don t be 1 minute late. There have been times that I was their recommended 20 mins early and sat 1hour past our appointment time missing work and school waiting. No time could be provided as to when we would be seen. So we rescheduled. There are times I ve been 1-2mins late, but held at the front door for 5-10 mins and then told I was 15 mins late and cannot be seen. I m supposed to have grace and reschedule when they are more than an hour behind and we arrive 20 mins early as told (80 mins of waiting) and have to reschedule, but there is no grace when we are 1-2 mins late? It s just not the kind of staff I want in my world. Aside from the scheduling - Honestly, my biggest issue is that I had to type in my social security number and confirm it 3 more times just to check in for a follow up appointment. The app system should not require that type of information for a regular check-in of an already established patient. Pandemic or no pandemic. PS. I don't need someone to teach me how to use the app. I need someone to understand that my social security number should not have to be typed into their system which has it's failures just to check-in for an appointment. Also, the two ladies that smugly offered to walk me through the app assuming I'm too old to use it, also looked at said app and claimed I had a required co-pay yesterday. WHICH I knew I did not, but paid anyway. NO SURPRISE when I checked out, they had to void the transaction because I DID NOT OWE ANY ADDITIONAL MONEY. The app is not accurate. Point proven in the office yesterday. No excuses about a pandemic and the change in the world will change my mind on constantly exposing your social security number and falsely claiming I owe money when I DO NOT.
My mother was referred to Dr. Tang after being in hospital for 7 days. When she made the visit she was bleeding horribly and her staff as well as Dr. Tang put my mother out her office and told her to never come back to this office again because she is not not my patient . Mind you this is the Dr. who did surgery on her days before coming to her office. I hope that this isn t the way she treats all patients that come through her office. Horrible service along with her staff.
I was met at the door and checked in efficiently and with very courteous and professional staff.
My wait time was less than 10 minutes until I was called back and had my hearing test completed. My wait time to see the provider was about 5 minutes. He conducted his examination in a timely manner and answered any questions that I had. We discussed my plan of care to my 100% satisfaction.
If anyone has a need for ENT services in the Fayetteville area, I highly recommend This organization without hesitation. Great experience.
I see Dr. Tang and she has always been wonderful to me. Herself or one of her team members always respond very quickly! I recommend this practice for anyone who may need an ENT!
Dr. Tang is amazing! Sinus surgery was a breeze. I highly recommend Fayetteville Otolaryngology!!
In and out in 15 Minutes to get my ears cleaned. Can't get any faster and more professionell!!!
As a patient of this clinic, I know first hand how caring the office staff and doctors are. My experience with Dr. Tang was awesome. I personally also know the other docs in the office and trust them wholeheartedly. This group is a proven clinic in our city and provides all the services you would expect from an ENT office. Billing and claims are handled efficiently and quickly. As far as specialists go, they are among the best! They are also going through office renovations which I expect will only improve their already stellar patient experience.
