Travis Parks did a thorough check of our furnace/AC system. He found that a capacitor on the outdoor unit was below specs and needed replacement. Great catch and saves us from going down during the summer heat.

Charlie did a great job installing a new bathroom fan light combo and a new can light in our shower area. He had everything he needed to complete the job quickly and did a great job cleaning up after he was done. Great service at a fair price.

The young man has been to my two times and has always been very nice. He was late but had can trouble. That's ok because you never know when that's going to happen. When in the fall and it's time to have my unit checked I will ask got this young man again.

In what is an unusual time with Covid, they're over the top safety is a welcomed response in our company from an outside vendor. I ve been without air almost a month. First, FH&A sent the wrong tech - one that couldn t work in my system and was here less than 3 minutes. Next, after waiting several days to get a qualified tech here - they said they would have to order a part. After another week, they showed and installed the part - only to realize that wasn t the problem after all. Again, they needed to order a part. After two days of hearing nothing- I called. They part was still not ordered because they FH&A had failed to send the diagnostic report to my home warranty company. I ve left voicemails for the service manager, Matt, but have not heard anything back. Again - one mistake after another and - and meanwhile I m without AC for almost a month. Still waiting.
Alex Brewer did an outstanding job diagnosing the problem with our air conditioner compressor. The lines going to the compressor were covered with 6 years of mulch. Once he opened up the lines everything began to work properly. He saved me over $800.00 by not having to replace a part that he thought was causing the air conditioner coil to freeze up. Most companies would have just replaced the part that was specially ordered. That is why I'm a Comfy Club member.
Matt was very conscientious and thorough. He spent the whole day here and made sure everything worked before closing out. Well done. The original system was Amana. The replacement is a Lennox.

These guys charged me 80 freaking dollars only to come and rip me off! The wanted me to pay 1800 dollars to fix my system. Tried to say my blower motor, safety switches and all needed to be replaced. When I crawled under the house and switched It on, my motor Came right back on! I will never use this company again and I m saying this to help you save time and cash too. DONT USE THIS COMPANY
Emergency Call: Trampis Porter was able to determine that the refrigerant was low. Dye that was injected into the system in May did not reveal any leaks to the outside unit. The coils were frozen inside snd would have to thaw before further diagnostics could continue. To get me through the night, he disconnected the outside unit to allow the coils to defrost and left the fan on for house ventilation. This was a late evening call. He explained that if the leak wasn t fount at the coils that procedures that would have to be done to determine the location of the leak. He left email to dispatch to contact me next date with follow up service to his service that night. He was thorough, efficient and polite.
