HMO policies are absolute garbage. If you have an issue anywhere other than where you live you get 0% coverage even if the location takes delta normally. No out of network coverage at all. If all you can get in Delta HMO though you're employer do yourself a favor and just put the money you'd pay into the plan into a savings account to pay for issues when they arrive.
