I ve been without air almost a month. First, FH&A sent the wrong tech - one that couldn t work in my system and was here less than 3 minutes. Next, after waiting several days to get a qualified tech here - they said they would have to order a part. After another week, they showed and installed the part - only to realize that wasn t the problem after all. Again, they needed to order a part. After two days of hearing nothing- I called. They part was still not ordered because they FH&A had failed to send the diagnostic report to my home warranty company. I ve left voicemails for the service manager, Matt, but have not heard anything back. Again - one mistake after another and - and meanwhile I m without AC for almost a month. Still waiting.
