I wish I could remove even that one star, bad experience: I have been using Lines products for at least 40 years.
Today, I, 100% disabled, have purchased on line directly from Lines Specialist, as many as 18 packs of Lines Specialist Mini Plus, which cannot be found in many stores. Get paid in advance, of course.
I only got 2 packages of what I ordered and 16 packages of a different and useless product for my needs.
I have written several emails to customer service, with no sign of taking charge of the problem. To see if anyone was reading I continued to write even very offensive emails, but nothing, like talking on the wall! I phoned the number that provides the site, a record answers - needless to say - inviting me to leave my phone number, I did it but nobody showed up.
It sucks, the money is pocketed and disappeared, like the worst offenders and to think that I had turned directly to the official site because it gave me more confidence !!!!
