Ten years of my life. I did not demand a plaque, but not even being accompanied (by weight) at the door. I should give less than a star as they behaved, zeroing these 10 years, but my memories, my professionalism are worth 5stelle extra luxury ... I keep wondering what it would think Scaglia of the drift that has taken. But maybe he was right, he wanted to sell it after 5 years. Removal request 8 DECEMBER, paid 2 invoices for NOT using the service and to date they still can't tell me anything beyond that in a few days I will receive a new invoice to be paid for the third month WITHOUT service!
I spent 25 minutes at your call center, you passed me 2 operators in Tirana, one in Naples, one in Naples who did not answer and one in Milan ... and nobody was able to help me!

Very very bad, low and slow customer care and service, it has been 1 month that I am calling them sending msg and email as I do not have access to my account for the payment of my house Wi-fi and I am not able going to their office as I am working. I am going to withdrawal from my subscription as I can not stand this much carelessness towards customers. It is incredible.

Sono stata vostra cliente per un paio di anni.

Sono stata vostra cliente per un paio di anni.

Chiamo il call center per capire se posso, mentre aspetto il nuovo modem fibra, utilizzare quello vecchio ADSL. Me lo confermano, ma non funziona.

Dopo varie chiamate a VOI per capire dove sia finito il mio modem (nessun operatore sapeva dirmi nulla), finalmente un operatore mi fornisce il numero di spedizione.




Dal momento che nessuno era in grado di risolvere il problema, ho deciso di dare la disdetta.

Ho dovuto pagare 2 mesi nei quali NON AVEVO LA LINEA + il costo del trasloco di 71,16 euro MAI AVVENUTO.
Ho fatto richiesta di rimborso spiegando il tutto e mi avete negato ogni tipo di rimborso.
Cosa le registrate a fare le telefonate dei call-center???
Dovete ringraziare il cielo che non ho i soldi da spendere in avvocati, altrimenti vi facevo chiudere.

I summarize my grotesque situation: asked for line move, after 4 months of reminders and missing line I communicate the withdrawal. After 60 days (calmly!) From the withdrawal, they issue closing documents and their refund payable after a further 120 days. Upon expiry (and payment) they realize they have made a mistake and reissue new credit note payable after a further 120 days. So: service stopped at the end of January 2019, left without a line for 120 days, refund paid (perhaps, as long as they don't realize they made another mistake) in April 2020 (420 days ...). I would like to point out that all the fees have always been paid regularly. The serious thing is that, despite having admitted their mistake, they do not care in the least to follow up on their commitments. I believe and hope that the future for Fastweb is rather black if this is their way of following customers. Small and medium-sized companies cannot certainly operate in the same way, but must respect their commitments and pay attention to the customer; why can Fastweb unilaterally make good and bad weather with money that is not his?
