Went there for my annual physical this year because its close to my house. I got checked by a PA and they had my blood drawn as a usual procedure and because they dont have a lab they have to send it to another facility and i was asked to come back for the result. They called me after 4 days, so i went there bec the PA needed to discuss my results. Upon arrival, they're asking me for another $70+ for consultation fee, again. This is absurd. If they have their own lab and I got the result the same day I wont be coming back and pay another consultation fee. I went to Kelsey Seybold on my last annual in 2016 and 2015 and I dont have to pay for my second consultation. I wont be coming back to this clinic anymore. This clinic is only interested in how to make money. Its just MONEY, MONEY, MONEY. They should change the name from Family Care Plus to Family YOUR MONEY Plus!!! The state entity regulating this kind of business should look into this.
Horrible 2 times I had to come and the attention service is not at all prevented I call to make an appointment and when I arrive it turns out that they cannot attend me I make another appointment I call 2 hours before to rectify the time that the same thing does not happen the day before and I It says 4:40 I arrive and it turns out that I missed the appointment again that it was for 3:30 again they care that people are sick I have been calling 4 days in a row to make an appointment and in the end they can never attend me this place is terrible I would never leave my attention medical in disabled people
Scheduled appointment and waited for an hour just to go in. Another 20 minutes later saw the doctor. They are quick to charge you with in 20 minutes but Doctor did apologize for the long wait and was friendly. Helpful and very respectful.
The front desk are unmannerly, impolite, discourteous, imprudent, and extremely uncivilized. This has been going on for a while now and it s getting exhausting coming in and always getting an attitude.
Went here this week for the first time after my usual doctor was on "vaccation". Thank you for being there when I needed a doctor. Will be sending all my family here.
I don t know why anyone is complaining when you don t need an appointment and can walk-in and we seen the same day. They also don t charge for urgent care prices and only charge normal prices which is lower! You have to weigh that every doctors office or anywhere else you go even with an appointment. I think everyone at this office is great and they really care about their patients and sometimes they spend more time with you when you need it and maybe a little less with someone else who doesn t need it as much. If that makes your weight while someone is getting the right treatment next time it could be you. Stop complaining so much I start appreciating.
First off, Front desk staff have the worst manners, extremely unprofessional, and couldn t care less about any patient walking through those doors. That alone should tell you how low the quality care is. Not to mention Dr. Little is the worst physician I ve ever seen. Absolutely unsympathetic to patients and is unimaginably rude, and she will do everything she can to avoid helping any patient that walks through those doors. I wouldn t recommend this practice to my worst enemy.
Dr. Jafari is amazing. From the first day I entered her office she has been nothing but kind and professional. It's hard to find a Dr. that listens and then is able to help you reach your goals. I am extremely thankful for her and will continue going to her.
Horrible experience! I called before arriving to make sure they had the two vaccines my son needed. I arrived and ask the front desk and showed which vaccinations my son needed and she stated they did have the vaccinations in stock. I waited for 45 minutes and when they finally called us to get the vaccinations the nurse told they were out. I asked for a refund and they stated to cone back next day. Ridiculous! They don't have a posted notice about their refund policy. Don't waste your time!

I was out in the waiting room for a hour the doctor only saw me for 10 mins. The prescribed ointment and antibiotics didn t work and I had to go to another doctor just to find out that it was a more serious condition... this will be the last time I ll be coming back. I ve never had problems before but this is so upsetting .

I went here for many years and am so glad that I finally have a different insurance and can leave this excuse for a healthcare facility. Nancy Naghavi was my PCP but after coming here for years I never saw her once, never even met her. I was actually treated by different people virtually every time (none were MDs) and they seemed to be focusing on getting as many patients in & out as possible. Absolute disregard for quality care. It seems that there must be a high employee turnover rate, and somehow they always manage to hire the rudest women for the reception area. I usually made an appointment to come and it would take about two or three hours before being attended. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone but I know that it s a lot of people s only option through their insurance. This place is a perfect example of healthcare professionals joining the industry for the money rather than wanting to service and care for others.
If you don t believe how bad this place is just take a look at some of the 1-star reviews on here and you ll see how the front desk staff responds in such an unprofessional manner. It s funny how they re so bad that they have to claim the 1-star reviews are fake.
Update: Check their bizarre response. I have no idea why they d think I d choose their zoo to write a fake review. You can check my Google profile and see that I write several reviews both positive and negative.
I ve been coming here for almost 2 years and I have been very pleased. I was hesitant due to all the bad reviews but I ve never had a bad experience. I ve always been able to get an appointment within a few days or even next day without any issues. Support staff have always been friendly and informative from the front desk to the assistants in the back. I ve been seeing Dr. Littles and she has been amazing. Very knowledgeable and supportive with my health issues. Getting in contact with her through the portal is convenient. Overall I m a very happy patient. I don t understand what the bad reviews are about but there are a lot of karens walking around is my guess.
Also people need to learn how their insurance plans/coverage work and to always ask questions about charges beforehand.
I wish there was a negative star I could give them. I got on the phone with one of the receptionist and asked about the available shots, she said that she will take a moment to confirm, then she hangs up on me. I called back 3 times and there still wasn't an answer. Ive been going to this place for a years now cause its honestly my last resort. The staff never ceases to disappoint me. I expect more from health care professionals in a community that depends on their service. Its like it they are forced to do something they don't want to do which results in poor patient care. Please do yourself a favor and find another clinic.

I called today to get an appointment, I talked with GINA. Because my accent is not the best she was very rude with me, I asked to please repeat slowly and she did it in a very very very unpolite way, that happened several times during the conversation. This is a Medical Office, we are sick, we are paying, we deserve respect. DO NOT GO THERE. I canceled my appointment

Went to the clinic and the nurse practitioner was very well manner but to new costumers don't be fool. This is a way of tricking you in paying much more than you ever expected. To me, they are a very dishonest group. The nurse practitioner wanted to do a whole set of labs, I had done three day before, which i gave her a copy of. They told me that the EKG would be free, when i inquired about it before they did it. later am getting a bill for it. they should make sure if you are going to say it free it should be free. they also charge me $250.00 for 2 clonidine pills, that could provide me with a whole year supply. which they never told us that we would be charge for it. she was aware i had my blood pressure medication with me because i gave her the bottle to write down the medication. Instead of giving their own she could have make me take what i had. i will not be going back there. There are honest hard working medical people with integrity outside there we just need to find them. i find them to a very dishonest and not truthful with their patient.
I m impressed and appreciative of NP Kezia s articulation and professionalism, deep clinical jurisprudence. She was able put my fears to rest, without compromising clinical fact. I will respect her clinical prowess any day, anytime X 360.
This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. It's completely POINTLESS to make an appointment. EVERY single time we're here it takes over 1.5-2+ hours just to even get a check up done. I have no idea how this place is in business. Take your business elsewhere. This place is a joke.

Just like any medical facility go to you have an appointment and you not saying on time. Had to wait 30 minutes past original time understood I was a new patient. Once seen so far so good I'm impressed.

I was very pleased with the care I received at the clinic. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and know how to address all of their patients concerns. I am so happy to have The Family Care Clinic as my primary care physician.
The wait service is so horrible. For someone dealing with flu like symptoms and body aches and has to wait a total of 2 and a half hours is not good.. Overall staff was friendly and got my lab results within 15 minutes and was out.. just happy to be back in my bed.
1st time here arrrived at 10:30 Appt 11 Didnt leave until 215 to have some scripts filled and blood drawn Understandable if they were very busy But not that many ppl in waiting area. My old clinic which will now be my clinic again ....would have a room full of ppl and still not take this long. Ridiculous.
The doctors or nurse practitioners are nice here. The receptionists need to more fast and keep in mind that people in line should be helped in orderly manner instead of helping people who cuts in. I have been taking my aunt to this place for 2 years. The waiting time used to be terrible here. Now its way better. Still need some improvement.
I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day which was good! They got us in and out within an hour, which I feel was also good. However, the only down fall, was they explained that I needed a referral to see a specialist with my insurance and long and behold I didn't need a referral at all. So I kind of wasted my time, but I did let the specialist know that the referral came from there office. Overall the visit was good, and I would recommend, but sometimes the wait time is ridiculous.
I came twice here and the first time i thought it was normal they took long but there wasn't even that many people and as we speak ive been here since 3:37pm and been waiting for 2 hours just to see the doctor and still waiting to have some exams done this clinic is horrible i shouldn't even put a star on my rating experience
There s normally a wait to see the doctor but this visit was different! I called around 1030am and scheduled for 150pm. There was absolutely NO wait whatsoever! The physician came in diagnosed me gave me the necessary med prescription I would need alone with samples! All this was done within 30 minutes. By far this was one of the best visits I ve had! The front desk employee and I actually shared a few laughs in the process!
I have personally never writen a review before but this office has changed that. If I were able to rate it 0 stars, i would. The way this place operates is beyond ridiculous. I was told i would recieve test results in 1-2 days, it has now been a week and now when i call the office seems to be closed but didnt bother to tell anyone. This is not the first time either this has happened. This office is just very slow and if you want even half decent medical care, I recommend you go somewhere else. Do not waste time or money here.
WORST experience ever. If I could put ZERO STARS I would. I went to get blood work done at this clinic. All was well, I had my check up, drew blood, and the staff just told me that I just had to wait a couple days for my lab results. THEY NEVER MENTIONED that they would send it to Quest Diagnostics. I got my results, and that was all. Next thing I knew I was getting a bill from Quest Diagnostics saying that I have to pay a bill for my lab results. ?!. The fact that the staff did NOT notify me that I was going to get charged extra from a separate company, but they failed to mention that those results were not covered by my insurance. I believe that is very unethical. Not only are they partners with that company, but they sure do make profit off of the large amounts they make patients pay. If you have to do blood work DO NOT GO HERE GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY ARE NOT PARTNERED UP WITH QUEST DIAGNOSTICS.

I took my daughter for a yearly check up, they drew blood, never called to give us results. Usually if there is something they find they call and if not they usually don't. Well a year later, took her in again for a possible UTI. They went ahead and did a test for the UTI, then during our consult with the doctor we find out that she had issues with her thyroid. A YEAR LATER. Are you kidding me? I asked for a copy of the report and they wanted to charge me for that too. What the hell? I paid for the test, I'm the owner of the dang results, not the clinic.
Then they didn't bother to call us to let us know whether or not she actually has an UTI, so I called due to their incompetency and guess what they tell me? I have to go back in. I said for what? All I want to know is if she had a UTI or not, it's a simple yes or no. But they said no we don't discuss lab results over the phone. What the hell? First time I come across a clinic that is more concerned about getting money out of you instead of the patient's health. Again, I already paid for the dang test, I was entitled to the result. I don't need to go pay another $50 dollars for them to tell me yes or no. And so then Why the hell do we sign the paperwork saying they can disclose our information over the phone? It's the most outrageous....I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS THEIR ONLY CONCERN IS THEIR POCKETS.
To top it all off, each time we went, we waisted 4 hours of our day. That is such poor service. You don't make your patients make an appointment and the. Make them wait 2 hours and then keep them another 2 hours in the exam room. Worst place.

This place is crazy. Ive been coming here because its closer to home. They never see patients on time. Why booked so many if one can't handle it, and where is Dr. Naghavi? Im paying for a doctor not a nurse practitioner to see me. My appointment was at 10:30 Am and its 10:52AM. I came early @ 9:30 so doctor no nurse practitioner can see me on time. As of now Ive been sitting in a room for 30 mins. ( i had a timer on) and still 3 patients before me. And when they come probably spend 5 mins and rest they'll leave on nurse.(experience) There are only 2 docs. ( thats what the lady told me when I called, and apparently Naghavi is busy.. doing what?)
Its 11:15 still no one. I want to cry. I promise my son Ill have lunch with hime in school, and thats why I came an hour early to my appointment. Its horrible.
RUN!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give it 0 stars, I would! Long story short, they were supposed to request my medical records from my previous PCP before my appointment and never did. Then the day I was there for my appointment, they said they would request it. I called my previous doctor and asked if they could send it over right away, they said they would as soon as they receive the request. The guy who takes your vitals came back in and I asked if he requested it and he said no because it takes awhile! WTF! I JUST called and they said they would send it over right away. And I waited 30 minutes just for that. THEN, the doctor wouldn t prescribe me one of my medications bc she didn t have my medical records in hand, ok fine. She did write another one (even though she didn t have my medical records, hmmm...?) I don t have insurance and paid the $75 office visit, I was NEVER told there would be an additional bill or anything. Didn t get tests done, nothing!!! Simply talked to the doctor who was horrible!! ...a few weeks later, I got charged with a $150 bill!! Reasoning on the bill was Office Consultation ...umm so $75 wasn t enough to tell me you won t prescribe a medicine to me??? I will be getting my lawyer involved with this because this is NOT ok and for all the other comments I ve seen, I m not the only one. Also, do you see how they respond to all negative comments and they are never wrong?!?! Coincidence...?
Everytime you make a set appointment with especific day and time. Its worthless!!! You still have to sit and wait. For at least one hour or more. Then you finally get called and you wait another 15- 20 minutes inside the room. Dr. Nagavi is not ever even present on site at all Zero. Ever she is home practically retired Nurse practioner is what you are coming to see here Shouldn't this be ilegal ??
I have Gout and they said they will send the gout medicine over to the pharmacy in 30 minutes. After 4 calls and 3 Hrs later, they haven't sent anything over yet! If you have Gout, it will seem like an enternity.
Nice experience! I went on a week day after work around 4:30PM. Wait time was probably about 7 minutes max, it was perfect. The doctor was very sweet to my son and funny as well. The nurse that gave my son his vaccines was patient and informative. Thank you!
I'm an old timer here. I've been going here before they move to their new building. Over the years I've had many visits here. Some 3, some 5, but mostly 4 stars. I give them 4.3 overall. Early on I saw Dr. Naghavi, but now I see Dr. Littles and sometimes the nurse practitioners in the office if I don't want to wait even a day. They've all took care of me and help me get better when I needed it. Wait time was long several years ago, but recently my visits rarely have taken an hour and often much less. Today I was there when the lady who left previous review was screaming at the receptionist. She was obnoxious to the poor girl at the window who was trying to explain they couldn t do whatever she was screaming about. She struck me as the kind who feel justified to be nasty and vindictive when not getting their way. I work for an online marketing firm. We see skewed reviews all the time. There is a way to spot them, but before that, I must agree with the owner about the fake reviews. This has become a big business. These companies present themselves as public relations for small businesses with the goal of improving business ratings on Google, Facebook, Yelp etc. Some are honest but some acting entirely like mobs. They target a company and suddenly leave a massive number of bad reviews for them typically by using materials from older reviews. Then they contact the company and claim they can improve business rating if hired by the company. Once hired, they go back and delete the bad reviews and replace them with great one. Amazon is already suing thousands of these people for leaving fake reviews. There was a time that reviews meant something, but sadly, they ve become much less reliable in recent years, even on Amazon. You can spot a fake review by its vague details, lack of specifics, rants about care only about money etc. Most fake reviews are either extreme positive or extreme negative. So my advice is to ignore most of 1 and 5 stars. Neither ones are likely to be objective, or worse, may be completely fake. Lastly, give all businesses a try and draw your own conclusion. Actions are louder than words. Take your business somewhere else if your experience was poor, but don t fall victim to con artists who prey on small businesses and their customers.
Horrible Customer Service! It took over 2 weeks to get bloodwork results. When I called the office after the 1st week I was told they would call the lab. The 2nd week I called the office and I was told to call the lab myself if I wanted to speed up the process. I called the lab and had the results sent again. I followed up with the office and they stated that they were receiving a bunch of results and I would receive a call by the end of the day. Yet again no call. I called the office again the next day and asked for my results. I was told they were still being reviewed. At this point I reiterated that I had been waiting over 2 weeks and I wanted my results now. I was offered to hold or get a call back. I chose to hold and finally got my results. We all rely on Dr's offices to be diligent and reliable. At this office this is not the case. Very disappointing.
Also, I was told they wanted some more bloodwork so they would submit the paperwork. They obviously did not look at my file because I am supposed to use Labcorp yet they signed me up with Quest Diagnostics. I know this because I received repeated emails from Quest on behalf of the Dr's office.
The service is good ,but.they take to long to give a care. I been there for many years but I'm tired to wait hours in the room for services.wait 6 hours o more. The last one my daughter walk in at 11am and she get off 5pm. We say we don't come here again. All my family we ate looking for another clinic.
They lied in my medical chart. You will almost always see someone different on every visit. They are also rude. Just read some of their responses to the reviews that are not so favorable to them. I ll be changing doctors.
Given the one star which should be a zero I was not pleased with the admin who took my call she calls herself Gina C. Must be very uneducated as she suggest my English language is not the same with her "TYPE" of English. To make me feel very naive as I was trying to find the person who left a message and did not leave her name on my phone. To also TELL me it was an automated call when I clearly said NO it's not an automated call is was a message directly given by a one of your staff. The doctor and the rest of the medical staff I am very pleased with but Gina you need a reality check not everyone you speak to is naive and UNEDUCATED!!!!! Do yourself a favor and stop assuming and learn how to do your job right.
Not a frequent visitor, but every single time their people have been courteous and addressed my concerns. Just my experience. Can't say it'll be the same for everyone every time, but so far so good. I would recommend them to a friend.
This is the worst provider I've ever hard. If you're looking for a place where you will be treated with care and given the attention you deserve, then this is the wrong place. I called more than 5 times for my prescription to be sent and it's still not done. I have completed a blood work and I've called to follow up on the results with the Dr. and they never responded. It's been over 3 weeks and I've not been given an appointment to come. I called the office yesterday and they said, they have sent the results to my email. I'm asked so were they going to call me to let me know or even come in to hear the results of the blood work I did. I'm so not surprised that they have a low rating on google. Go else where! Your live matters.

This is by far the worst experience I've had at a clinic. I brought my son for a back to school physical, got there at 12:30. I didn't get seen until 4pm. Someone will come in, do something and it will take at least 40 minutes for someone else to come and do something else. My son can't really recognize the letters yet. He just turned 4. They brought some stupid vision test machine that's used for adults to test his vision.... I'm so pissed. I'm sitting right here at the clinic and writing this. They are not even worth one star. I wish I haven't paid. I would have just walked out of here. I think that's what I'm gonna do. They can keep the money. Do not come here for anything! They have very unfriendly staff. They don't wanna help with anything. This is 4:25 and I'm still here. He haven't even gotten his shots yet! I'm sure they are gonna come up with another excuse that they don't have the shots. I don't know why back to school physicals should take a whole day.
Been here 3 times. I saw doctors twice. Loved their people. They were kind and really caring when I was sick really bad. I hate it when some people leave reviews saying silly things. Take it from me, it s a great place. Highly recommend to everyone especially people with kids.
Excellent experience. Very good medical attention from both the nurse and the doctor, they dedicated the necessary time and were very friendly and professional.
Wait time way too long. All they do is refer you out to specialists. I've had 4-5 referrals for different reasons. Why do I go there just to wait 3 hours and be told to go somewhere else. Never seen a doctor.
Dr Jafari is a amazing doctor..bedside manners is amazing..very informative..reliable....however i followed her from elite family medicine downtown to here in katy..I MUST SAY THE MOST WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. Im a nurse 15+ plus years so i understand shortage etc but the person who answers the phone..is always rushing you, never listens, major attuide....and always states it a automatic system that called you, when in fact it wasnt. It was a member of the physican team regarding labs. I have never did a review before..but as i sit wait out front for my appt @8, im dreading dealing with this check in and check out process. There is one person who answers the phone and she states "look im the only one answering the phones" and will not address your issue and disconnect the call. I have asked for management several times to be told she is out..she on vacation...she said etc etc..6 months still waiting on a call...sad caring for people who are ill with this type of attuide. Most reviews stating MD'S are great..but office staff is a disappointment, sadly Dr Jafari joined this establishment, and i wish her the best here but ill will start to looking for a new PCP due to the customer service.REMEMBER front desk is the FIRST IMPRESSION IN PERSON OR ON THE PHONE... No response needed to this review....pros is THEY TAKE WALK IN'S AND AVOID YOU A TRIP TO THE HOSPITAL.
