Because my accent is not the best she was very rude with me, I asked to please repeat slowly and she did it in a very very very unpolite way, that happened several times during the conversation. This is a Medical Office, we are sick, we are paying, we deserve respect. DO NOT GO THERE. I canceled my appointment
