Horrible Customer Service! It took over 2 weeks to...

Horrible Customer Service! It took over 2 weeks to get bloodwork results. When I called the office after the 1st week I was told they would call the lab. The 2nd week I called the office and I was told to call the lab myself if I wanted to speed up the process. I called the lab and had the results sent again. I followed up with the office and they stated that they were receiving a bunch of results and I would receive a call by the end of the day. Yet again no call. I called the office again the next day and asked for my results. I was told they were still being reviewed. At this point I reiterated that I had been waiting over 2 weeks and I wanted my results now. I was offered to hold or get a call back. I chose to hold and finally got my results.
We all rely on Dr's offices to be diligent and reliable. At this office this is not the case. Very disappointing.

Also, I was told they wanted some more bloodwork so they would submit the paperwork. They obviously did not look at my file because I am supposed to use Labcorp yet they signed me up with Quest Diagnostics. I know this because I received repeated emails from Quest on behalf of the Dr's office.
