Just arrived ... but the first impression is excellent ...

Fairmont The Palm is my favorite. It was all great. Clean, beach, friendly staff, German speaking service.

It's not bad but there was always a delay in room service and the construction site next to the hotel is very noisy at night. Couldn't sleep at night

Great place .nice atmosphere and very professional staffs

Very comfortable and well located in the trunk of the palm tree. Large rooms, several very good restaurants to choose from, correct beach and pool and very friendly service skiline views

Really enjoy this hotel. It is very comfortable. The rooms were well appointed. The beds are comfortable. Room service were great. Try the breakfast buffet. It has quite a lot of variety. It's centrally located in The Palm Jumeriah, so it is very easy to access. Some of the other hotels at the ends of the "fronds" are a little harder to access, especially in busier times. I recommend this hotel when staying in Dubai!

In terms of service, accommodation, food and cleanliness top.

construction, still ongoing. there was no information from the hotel or the travel agency prior to the travel, no discount, no refund on arrival. necessary measures are not in place. i'm sure there are people who like to spend their holiday in a construction place, but not me us (i'm travel with my family) ... and the worst of all: all day there is noice from the beach construction, and during night time the hotel maintenance is doing construction work. ...

i changed from 3-stars to 2-stars due to the hotel response, which is simply not true.

this hotel is just perfect in everything . rooms are spacious and well finished , staff are extremely polite and helpful , food is just amazing and their other facilities like swimming pools abd private beach are all great that you will not feel like leaving the hotel at all .

I was just enjoying the beach which is newly opened, however it was still under consideration during my visit.

The problem was in the check in! Very laaaaate,, they need to work on it .. and the food in the lounge, so disappointing, everything we ask for the don t have! Then why you add it in the menu ?!

Loved the experience at Fairpont The Palm. The team made special arrangements since it was our anniversary to make it special and also upgraded my room without a request which was amazing.

The facility is beautiful with an amazing pool and a beautiful beach access. I did not eat at the restaurants so can t comment, but the ambience surely looks great.

Very nice hotel, clean and well kept with helpful friendly staff, oozes opulence and luxury. Currently in its off season, so plenty of space and facilities to go round, able to turn up al fresco to the restaurants, Brasilian, Indian. Asian and Seafood, the seafood restaurant did appear to be a limited menu but all the food was very good, the beach front was also quite small due to on going building and improvements

Fantastically beautiful there! A gluten-free breakfast corner with the finest pastries and cereals was a huge surprise for me as a person affected! For sunbathing there are free towels and cold water. Highly recommended!

The view of this hotel is very nice.i think that there cannot be any famous hotel than Fairmont The Palm.so,i can proof that they can deserve 5 stars...

The hotel is great the only disappointment is that the beach is currently unavailable and there is a big construction happening in its place. But we were given early check and a complementary breakfast. And that meant a lot to us traveling with a two year old.

Half a star for the pool ambience. The construction takes away from the beauty of the pool area because the views are concealed. The pool beach restaurants are also a let down.

Half a star for the room comfort. Whilst our room was spacious, the bed was soft like a waterbed and very uncomfortable for us. The towels were old but they changed them to better ones on request. The bathrobes were also old and hard and not pleasant to use. They didn t have newer ones. The room also didn t smell fresh. It was bit dusty, floors were dirty. Not impressed with the cleanliness.

One star for the gold experience. We booked the gold experience which includes free breakfast and a light lunch which is supposed to be be English tea experience but all it was was two sandwiches and one cake, a sponge cake and a very poor attempt at scones.

But the overall Gold Experience is value for money if you are not a picky person like myself.
The check in process could be enhanced by offering guests a welcome drink whilst they go through the whole check in process.

1 star for professionalism. Especially for Julia and The young Kenyan lady Christina. And an extra star for Christina who ensured that my son had a meal especially made for him for dinner.

This visit was for Ramadan Iftar .. the food was tasty .. very good food variety .. I love the sweets part .. and last .. do not miss kharouf mahshi ..

During Ramadan if the parking entrance for the free valet parking is busy .. in the next right you can have self parking and you will save time ..

I like the Arabic caligraphy in the hotel reception ..

Prayer room is available as well ..

The horror is simple. We live at a construction site 24 hours a day

Good 5 star rated hotel. Specious rooms, Big Pool. Dedicated pool for kids. Beach access.

The Iftar buffet at Zeytoun was really good, amazing Mediterranean food, lots of varieties and good quality food I highly recommend it

Great food and service. Shame about on going construction (not the hotels fault) and overpriced drinks (soft and alcohol).

Nice hotel verry clean ,good staff the only issue I do not understand why the water bottle when have lunch or dinner it's charged in Europe even the 2 star restaurant put on the table free bottle of water and some time table wine.and other thing that you not find in Turkish 5 star.
